Villa Belina

This is a beautiful home with all required amenities and is absolutely spotless. It is located in a small, quiet village above Omis. It offers a peaceful, comfortable retreat from the heat and bustle of Omis whilst at, the same time, within easy travelling distance to numerous beaches. Our hosts were fantastic. They responded promptly to queries and made us feel very welcome on arrival. We all loved our time there and were very sad to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’re already thinking about when we can come back here as this has been one of the best villas we’ve ever been to. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Host has been friendly and brilliant.

A well presented and appointed family home with quality fittings and finish. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday from the pool area, play area and dining space outside to the living space inside. The host was a delight to deal with and we appreciated the welcome package of local foods and treats on arrival. It’s not easy to find if you use google maps so I’d recommend asking Dragana for some directions as you get closer. This house has everything, even a sauna and gym. We had a great week despite enduring some dreadful football games (never easy supporting England in any tournament) on the large tv in the comfortable lounge. You’ll need a car to get out and explore the towns and coastline which range from rustic to chic. Dragana was always helpful and quick to respond to any queries and I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a spacious and comfortable relaxing break

A beautiful, peaceful place where the whole 12-person family could celebrate special moments. The owners were wonderful and very helpful. The villa's equipment is at the highest level - there is EVERYTHING you need, and if you realize that something is missing, nothing is impossible for the owner :) Thank you!

The accomodation exceeded all expectations. A beautiful villa set in breathtaking surroundings. The hosts were fantasic. on had with local advice when ever we needed it. Friendly and helpfull. We will definately be going back and encouraging all our friends to do so. Such a peaceful, happy, family holiday. Thank you for making it so very special. x

The Villa is very luxurious. My whole family was fascinated. It is very clean and has a high quality. Everything which was needed was there. The communication was easy and very kind. There is a enough place for 3 cars and all the extras like table tennis and so on are ideal! Would gladly come again. Thank you for the amazing time!

Villa Belina is absolutely lovely! Our 5 adults and 4 children companion had an amazing week here, even though our week in October was not that warm this year! We enjoyed the pool, sauna, nearby hiking routes and cooking in well equipped kitchen! Bedrooms are really spacious and the whole house is very nicely decorated and clean! The view to the mountains is gorgeous! Owners are super nice and responsive! We absolutely want to come back!

We've had an amazing time! My partner and I have 20 years of experience combined in the tourist and hospitality sector. Everything was arranged in the villa, the eye for detail was immaculate. A gorgeous villa, with wide open view and sunlight. Spacious rooms with clean and well equipped bathrooms. The open kitchen is well equipped and we fell in love with it! A daily cleaned pool and the outside view, just incredible. The communication with the owners is 10/10. At the end of our stay, they asked what they could improve. And in our honest opinion, theirs nothing they could improve! We loved our stay and would love to come back in the future! With love, Family of Mathieu

What a wonderful Villa in Gata near Omis. The mountain view is beautiful, so relaxing and the pool area is very nice. The villa is spacious, modern and immaculately maintained with everything you need. The owners met us and were very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. The perfect villa! Nestled away in the hillside, approx. 10 mins from Omis, Villa Belina is spacious, beautifully decorated and our kids loved the pool and games room. Each room is large and has an en-suite. The owners are so lovely and Dragana was so helpful to us and had plenty of recommendations for the local area. You will love staying here!

Me and my friends spent a week in this beautiful and amazing villa. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this villa was a haven of comfort, beauty and relax. You really get what you see on the pictures. And more. Dragana is an attentive host. Upon arrival there was a small snack, fruit and ice cream in the fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the time in the pool and amazing view from the the terrace. We loved Omiš and its surroundings. It´s worth visiting!

We had a fantastic week in this wonderful house. The host really made us feel welcome. The house is better than the pictures show. Clean, neat, big and suited us perfectly. The house is well located for going on many excursions such as Split. The host gave us many good tips for different excursions and beaches which were all great. 100% recommend this accommodation.

We had an eleven night stay at the Villa which exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners were loverly and the location very dramatic. We would definitely stay at the Villa again.

Sowohl über die Villa Belina, als auch über die Vermieter gibt es absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso die Mitarbeiter von Feriehome. Empfangen wurden wir mit einem Obstkorb und der Kühlschrank war auch schon etwas gefüllt. Vielen Dank für alles, 100% ige Weiterempfehlung

We had a perfect family holliday in this beautiful villa. The owners are very nice and they did everything to make our staying here just perfect. They even filled the fridge with bier, wine, cheese und fruits and brought also the famous soparnik for lunch. I can highly recommand this place , and I hope to come back soon

We spend 2 fantastic weeks in the beautiful house. The hosts Zoran and Dragana were very engaged to make sure, that we do not miss anything and provided information and support to explore the great surrounding area. Besides very nice hiking tours (one trail starts directly at the house), we did rafting, rented a boat and visited some of the historic sites (palace in Split, Trogir, Klis,...). The car drive to some of the nicest beaches takes ~20 min, but it feels shorter as the drive down to Omis is spectacular. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool was cleaned daily and in perfect condition. THANKS for the wonderful vacation.

Our stay at Villa Belina was perfect!

On arrival we were warmly greeted by the owners, Dragana and her husband and shown around their beautiful home. The generous welcome pack included local cheese, sausage, bread, fruit and wine. The Villa and grounds are immaculately clean and furnished and finished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you might need and more. Dragana personally maintained the pool and outside area every other day before 7 am so not to disturb us. The gym and large sauna exceeded our expectation and the views of the surrounding mountains and small village were spectacular. The local supermarket was just 5 minutes walk and historic Omis town and beaches a short drive away. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful villa with a lot of extras like table tennis, sauna , gym in the mountains. Very good equipped , clean and comfortable. We loved the villa and its stylish decoration. Big thank you to Zoran, who made our stay special with all his support, hints and recommendations.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Balina! I couldn't recommend the villa or hosts enough. Everything was so clean and really good quality. You could tell that so much thought to make sure you had everything you needed. The location was great. Perfect for peace and quiet and only 5 minutes to the local restaurant. It is about 10 minutes to Omis where you have a choice of lots of restaurants. We took advantage of the amazing pool and gym. You couldn't find anywhere better to have as a base to discover the beauty of Croatia. We will definitely be back! Thank you t0 our great host for making our holiday a little bit more special .

Wir sind gerade mit 6 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und 1 Säugling für 2 Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa Belinda gewesen. Die Villa ist mega schön, perfekt ausgestattet und befindet sich in den Bergen über Omiš. Man hat also sehr viel Ruhe und kann dort wirklich relaxen. Die Villa Belinda bietet wirklich alles was man benötigt und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Super Küche, tolle Sauna, schöner Pool, große Terrasse - wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen. In knapp 10 Minuten ist man in Omiš und nach Split fährt man ca. 40 Minuten. Traumhafte Strände und Buchten wie z.B. Mala Luka sind in weniger als 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Besitzer Zoran ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Er war immer erreichbar und gibt tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen. TOP!!! Diese Unterkunft kann man wirklich zu 100 % empfehlen - gerade für Familien ist sie perfekt. Und über Kroatien braucht man nicht viele Worte verlieren . Es ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Land. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We spent amazing 2 weeks in Villa Belina in 8 persons (4 adults + 4 kids) and had a superb comfortable conditions in that amazing place. Kids were extremly busy all the time as they could play ping-pong, Playstation, watch Netflix, play in the Garden and of course swimming in the pool which size is just perfect for such amount of people while adults could spent time barbecuing and relaxing on the huge terrace. Zoran, our lovely host was every second day early morning coming for a pool maintenance so it was clean and always ready to use. He was always helpful and available on every request (for example to help with medical treatment to our son, or to advice some good places to eat, visit etc.). The Villa is in perfect place as there are no annoying neighbours around and the distance to places we wanted to visit is in comfortable time of driving. The Villa itself looked even better than on the pictures on the web. Every room has aircon, bathroom, large wardrobe. Every window has a mosquito net. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and others. All 8 of us couldn't imagine better place to stay so we can recommend it with a pure heart :)

My family just spent 2 weeks at Villa Belina and what can I say: We had the best 2 weeks in a long time. Starting with the interior of the house that is put together with so much love to detail, the spacious heated pool, the sauna, and of course the beautiful location in Gata - all of that contributed to one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. A huge shout out to the owners, Dragana and Zoran for all the great tips, be it around sightseeing, restaurants or sports activities. You've been such nice hosts. Imagine it's your birthday (during your vacation at Villa Belina) and suddenly one of the owners shows up with a birthday cake - you guys really impressed us. Keep doing what you're doing and many more visitors will keep Villa Belina in their memories for a long time! We're looking forward to repeating that great vacation experience as soon as possible. The Villa Belina was everything that we could have hoped for and our family of six adults and two young children enjoyed the most memorable of holidays during the last two weeks of August 2020. Dragana, the owner of the villa, was very helpful, informative, considerate and kind during the booking period and for the two weeks we were at the villa. She was not intrusive, arriving every other day to clean the pool and outside area before we were awake, so we never knew she had been, but was always available for any query when requested. The local grappa, walnut liqueur and local food she gave us was an additional surprise and very welcome. Villa Belina is in a small village, Gata, around 10 km from Omis, so we experienced the peace of Croatian village life and the busier holiday centers of Omis and Split, when we wanted. It’s ideally placed, around 30 km from the airport and very peaceful with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, fully air conditioned throughout, spotlessly clean and we didn’t want for anything. The bedrooms are large, with plenty of storage space, all with very comfortable beds and en suite facilities. There are also plenty of bathroom towels. The living area is also very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped and stocked. The electric barbeque was an additional surprise and a great facility. The swimming pool is also spotlessly clean and was in continual use in the warm, sunny weather. Again, there are plenty of comfortable sun loungers and pool towels. There is also plenty of shade and a large outdoor dining table with chairs. The villa also has adequate parking and is secured by an electric gate, not that there is any crime in the village anyway. I would recommend staying at the Villa Belina to anyone, in the certainty that they would enjoy the holiday as much as we did. Roger Williams 31st August 2020
