* The outdoor area offers a private 30sqm heated pool (8m x 3,7m) that has a hydro massage system and 8 deck chairs at the sun deck area and jacuzzi. There is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue, fridge, dishwasher, TV, dining table, and lounge area, both covered in front of the pool area. A few steps down takes you to a playground with a trampoline and table tennis.
* The ground floor level offers 3 bedrooms with a direct approach to the pool area. Bedroom No1 with double bed 160x200cm, air-conditioned en-suite bathroom with shower and exit toward the pool area. Bedroom No2 with double bed 160x200cm, air-conditioning, and a Family bathroom with shower in the hallway for Bedroom No2. Bedroom No 3 with double bed 160x200cm, air-conditioned, en suite bathroom with shower. From bedrooms No1 and No3, you have a pool view and a direct approach to the pool area. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
* Internal staircase takes you to the first floor that offers an open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a huge terrace with deck chairs and open sea views. The nearest shopping possibility is 500m away, the restaurant 100 m and the town center Grohote 6,5 km where you have a doctor, pharmacy, bank, etc., a children's playground (300m) and a summer discotheque in Nečujam (300 m). Split: railway station 25 km and airport 50 km.
You are approaching the property over a local road that is not busy at all, as all the roads on this island. Private parking is secured in front of the house for 2 cars.
Captains House is located on the island Šolta in Nečujam Bay with crystal blue waters, 70 meters from the sea, and only 40 minutes from Split via ferry (very good ferry connection). When you arrive in Rogač (ferry stop in Šolta), you are at a villa in 15min of an easy and pictures drive. It is worth taking one-day trips or some kind of exploration adventure. Some popular places on the island include Grohote, Stomorska, and Maslinica. Everywhere you go, you can find beautiful secluded bays which are filled with hidden beaches and are great for bathing, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, etc.
