Villa Captain's House

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Villa Captain’s House in Necujam. Die Hauptküche und die komplett ausgestattete Außenküche (Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler) waren herausragend – von Kochutensilien bis zu Gewürzen war alles perfekt. Wir haben fast ausschließlich nur die Außenküche genutzt und konnten zusätzlich noch Abends draußen fernsehen. Das Haus ist mit allem was gebraucht wird ausgestattet von Mückensteckern, Toilettenpapier, Handseife bis Taucherbrillen und Spielen, alles da. Die liebevolle maritime Dekoration schuf eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Bucht haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die beiden Subs und Kanus waren ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wobei ich schon ein wenig ängstlich war, als Vinni auf dem Meer nicht mehr zu sehen war. Besonders herzlich möchten wir uns bei dir bedanken, Sanja, für den Empfang mit kroatischem Schinken, Käse und Wein, sowie den köstlichen Brownie-Kuchen den du uns zur Poolreinigung mitgebracht hast. Views were amazing, facilities in the house were excellent, lots of water sports equipment provided, along with a games console if required. The pool, jacuzzi & table tennis table were also excellent and well used by our family. The host was very nice & helpful & even baked us a cake! The house is very modern, clean, comfortable & luxurious. We really enjoyed the house itself. A very steep decline from the house to the waters edge - very challenging. A car is a must, as the location was several kilometres away from any town. Towns were picturesque but very small & were boat friendly but not car friendly. Restaurants were limited.

Words cannot do this villa justice, it was just outstanding. The island was quiet in comparison to Split but that was exactly what we wanted. There are plenty of bars restaurants close to the villa if you want to venture out but we were happy to spend our time in the villa enjoying the breathtaking views. Sanja was a magnificent host & looked after us so well. They was literally everything we needed in the villa. The kayaks & paddle boards were used lots. She had a beautiful platter of food waiting for us & a local bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch. I would definitely return.

We had an amazing time at your villa. Truly amazing. 🥰 We enjoyed every minute. The house was spotless with everything we could possibly need. The kids spent the whole week in the pool and on the sea. It surpassed all our expectations and we have already been recommending you to all our friends. Thank you so much xxxx

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Sie hatte auch Infos zu Aktivitäten vor Ort mitgegeben. Das Haus sieht sehr schön und modern von außen und innen aus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Whirlpool und der große Pool waren ebenfalls perfekt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Außerhalb der Saison war es ruhiger auf der Insel aber zum abschalten perfekt.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i CAPTAINS Villa. Sanja är en otrolig värdinna som tog hand om oss utöver vad som kan förväntas. Hon bakade till och med en tårta till min 50-årsdag! Huset var perfekt för vårt sällskap på fem personer i olika åldrar. Vyn över havet är makalös och att ha både poolen och jacuzzin förgyllde vår vistelse. Kvällarna spenderades oftast med gemensam matlagning i det mysiga uteköket. Obs, bil är en nödvändighet då affären ligger en bit bort. Fem stjärnor till villan & värdskapet. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Overall my first stay at Solta was just amazing. The Island in mid of september is just lovely. It is really relaxing and quiet but the services are still fine. Sanja & Eugene are very nice hosts and supportive to their guests. The Villa it self, the inventory and the view is gorgeous. Even better and more than we expected. We had a brilliant time

Amazing house, amazing place - really has a luxurious feel. If you want to unwind this is the place to do that! Watch the sunset over the hills and the boats coming in/out of the bay from the hot tub or the balcony. Miss it already. Sanja was a great host & very helpful.

My family was amazed by the beautiful location and the hospitality of the home. It was beyond the location and amenities, it felt like home... just with a better view, a pool, a hot tub, paddle boards, and etc, etc, etc..... Yes, we had a great time, easy check in, coordination the owners and Feriehome was there for us the entire way....

The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was clean and plenty of outdoor space! Pool was absolutely amazing and the jacuzzi as well. The owners were extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

"Talo on kauniisti pieniä yksityiskohtia myöten sisustettu. Erinomaisesti toimiva kokonaisuus. Talo sijaitsee aidatulla suojaisella tontilla ylärinteessä, johon paistaa aurinko koko päivän. Allas oli iso ja puhdas, samoin jakucci hyvin huollettu. Kaikkiaan siistiä ja puhdasta. Makuuhuoneet ovat pienehköt, mutta toimivasti kaikki samassa kerroksessa ja kaikista oma uloskäynti allastasolle. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti ystävällisen ja asiallisen isäntäpariskunnankin ansiosta. Talo oli juuri kuten kuvista ymmärsi. Viinilaseja ja isoja tarjoilukulhia voisi olla enemmän."

Ihana huvila. Yhtä hieno, jollei jopa upeampi kuin kuvissa. Upeat maisemat. Kaunis sisustus. Ihana uima-allas ja iltaisin oli kiva nauttia poreista. Talosta löytyy kaikki tarvittava. Omistaja oli ystävällinen ja mukava. Solta on kaunis ja rauhallinen saari. Vuokra-auto on hyvä olla, että pääsee kauppaan ja tutkimaan saarta. Vietimme täällä ihanan kesälomaviikon!"

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the villa and views are even better than the pictures. It has everything you need- pool (Inc inflatables), hottub, even paddle-boards and kayaks for going out in the bay! There are also snorkels, flippers and wet shoes in a range of sizes. If you’re going in the off-season I’d recommend getting a car as the nearest store is about 4-5km away, and the nearest restaurants are in Stomorska. There is a bus but it’s not very reliable (it ignored us twice) and the island taxi service is just one person and needs booking in advance (really nice guy!). Sanja was the best hostess and was always available for any questions. She gave us a lift to the store twice to make sure we had food and baked us a cake as it was my birthday :) We’ll definitely be back!

This home is perfect for chilling with a amazing view ! It’s very near to the sea, 5mn by walking And you have everything you want in the house, barbecue, canoe, jacuzzi and a big pool The owner Sanja is so nice and welcoming, I recommend you to go for a great week in her house

Fantastic house with all facilities you want during your holiday on a very nice location with amazing view. New SUP's and canoes on top of the list of facilities mentioned at the website and a nice mooring place. Very friendly hosts.

We really enjoyed a 2 week stay here with 5 adults and 3 teenagers. As we were slightly out of season there was no shop or restaurant in walking distance however, this was not a problem as we stocked up in the supermarket (4kms away) before arriving. Days were spent sunbathing, walking along the waters edge, cooking and just enjoying the beautiful surroundings Outdoor tv provided music round the pool while having a bbq and then retiring to watch a film all together. Often 2 weeks can be too long but this wasn’t. Having gone to Split a few times we completely enjoyed the quiet back on Solta. Captains Villa was everything it said it was. Stunning views, quality fit out, well equipped and beautiful pool and hot tub.

Villa Captain was an absolute DREAM. The pictures don't do it justice. The view was breathtaking! The house was super well thought out with the main living on the main floor and then downstairs had 3 great bedrooms + 3 bathrooms. When you go out into the covered patio, you see the beautiful pool. It was heated so early morning/ late night swims were perfect. The hot tub was phenomenal. We had to work a couple of days and the wifi was amazing while 3 of us were on zoom calls all day!! Sanja (the owner) went absolutely over and beyond for us. As the season was dying down, a few of the shops started to close and she helped bring over food from split and even drove us to the shop when we arrived. SHE is amazing and we were so grateful for such a caring host. Just don't think twice and book it now!! You won't be disappointed!

Just returned from the most beautiful, tranquil stay at Villa Captain. The villa was immaculate, beautifully designed and with everything considered from spectacular views & a heated pool to the outdoor kitchen space and quiet on-suite bedrooms. A highlight of the trip was being able to walk to the water front from where we were also able to charter a boat. Our host Sanja went over and beyond to make our stay seamless during low season, giving us a lift to the shop & ferry, and even bringing us groceries and a home cooked dinner!! Thank you for a relaxing and memorable stay. Will be back!

We spent 2 weeks in the Villa Captain's. Necujam is a wonderful, peaceful village. The Villa Captain's has a magnificent panoramic view with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The accommodation is very clean, equipped and has everything you need for your holiday. The Host ( Sanja) is very kind, friendly, and helpful, immediately available if anything is needed. We will never forget our stay here, wonderful memories.

We stayed at the captains house for one week in July and absolutely loved it. The house is as great as in the pictures, FULLY equipped with everything you can think of and sparking clean. The views are breathtaking! The owners from Split are very nice and clean the house and do the check-in and -out themselves - which is a big plus. Highly recommended!

the house is a dream with a great view to the sea. the house is new and very clean. the Pool is great and we enjoy our Holidays. Sanja the owner of the house was Very friendly and discret. she was every time there if we had questions. over all it was a realy nice time and we will come back

Wir waren Ende Mai/Anfang Juni 2021 in der Villa. Die Anreise war etwas zeitraubend, da die Fähre nur 4x am Tag fährt und wir erst um 16.00 Uhr einchecken konnten. Dafür wurden wir mehr als belohnt ! Im Kühlschrank standen mit Liebe zubereitete Platten mit Essen und Obst, welches uns fast für die Woche gereicht hatte. Das Haus ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Fotos lügen nicht bzw. in echt ist es noch viel schöner. Es ist einfach alles, aber auch wirklich alles da! Die Zimmer sind wunderschön. 2 Zimmer sind auf die Terrasse ausgerichtet mit Badezimmer. Das 3. Zimmer hat einen seitlichen Ausgang auf die Terrasse. Um das Badezimmer zu benutzen, muss man das Zimmer verlassen. Was aber überhaupt kein Problem für uns war. Dafür ist dieses Zimmer aber auch etwas intimer gelegen, somit alle 3 Zimmer gleichwertig. Das Haus ist meiner Meinung nach für 6 Personen ausgelegt, da die beiden Schlafcouchen im Wohnzimmer nicht für Pärchen sind und eigentlich kein Bett sind. Unsere Angst, daß wir nicht den ganzen Tag Sonne haben, war unbegründet. Der Weg zum Meer über die Stufen war auch kürzer, als wir angenommen hatten. Sanja hat uns auch die ganze Zeit unseres Aufenthalt alle Fragen und Wünsche erfüllt. Sie war eine große Hilfe, z. B. bei der Bootsvermittlung oder Auswahl eines Restaurants. Wir haben den ersten (Groß-)Einkauf auf dem Festland gemacht. Dies war auch zwingend Notwendig, da es auf der Insel nur kleine Einkaufsläden gibt. Es war einfach ein traumhafter Urlaub von betreten des Hauses. Das Haus kann man nur empfehlen.

This was THE best house I’ve ever stayed at. The hosts are amazing! Very communicative but also gave great privacy. They even brought wood for the fire mid-week! The house itself is so well done - they have thought of everything from a dishwasher in the outside kitchen to having two different WiFis. The views are spectacular, you can even see a shipwreck near the house in the crystal clear blue waters. This is the perfect house for a week on the island! Only thing to note is you have to drive to the little villages, they aren’t walking distance but that was ok with us. Do yourself a favor and book now!

Perfect !!!! Wir können die Captain´s Villa ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Die Realität übertrifft die Bilder und macht am Anfang sprachlos. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und die Gastgeber sind absolut symphytisch und das Haus ist umwerfend schön, extrem sauber und ruhig. Die Bucht in Nečujam, welche man direkt vor Augen hat, bittet sich förmlich zum Baden ein. Es war ein Traum :) 10 von 10 Punkten. Puno hvala

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden und können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen :). Wir wurden von der Fähre abgeholt und fuhren der Eigentümerin bis zum Haus hinterher. Der Kontakt gestaltete sich sehr einfach (per Whatsapp). Uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir mussten nicht gleich einkaufen gehen (perfekt nach der langen Reise) , da man sich die Mühe gemacht hat uns kalte Platten in den Kühlschrank zu stellen, sogar Obst und Brot waren schon in der Küche. Auch Gewürze/Öl usw. waren im Vorratsschrank, was wir ganz toll fanden, da man es in einer Woche sowieso nicht aufbraucht und anschließend wegschmeißen muss. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man als Familie braucht. Spielzeug für den Pool, eine Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage usw. Der Blick auf das Meer und das Haus sind einzigartig und die Insel Solta wunderschön. Hier kann man sich erholen, schön Essen gehen und hat seine Ruhe. Es ist alles natürlich und ursprünglich. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hier fühlt man die Liebe und Wärme. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt !

Amazing experience in a modern Villa and a very friendly owner! The booking though the agency was smooth and all questions were answered with patience. Once we contacted the friendly and helpful owner, he was more than happy to recommend restaurants and sights to enjoy. He picked us up from the ferry stop in Solta, accompanied us to the house and surprised us with delicious local snacks and vine to taste. The accommodation meets high standards: all facilities were in great condition. The decorations show passion and dedication, they make you feel comfortable. The owner gave us the whole week a helpful feeling. He cleaned the pool and surprised us again with croissants and a homemade cake from his wife. The cake was delicious. We had such a wonderful time that we are planing on having our vacation time again in September.

Top Ferienhaus mit einer perfekten Ausstattung. Ob nun Holzkohle zum Grillen, Kinderhochstuhl, Handtücher auch für den Pool o. a., die Vermieter haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum macht die Temperaturen zwecks der Insellage für den Schlaf perfekt erträglich, sodass man einen wundervollen Urlaub verbringen kann. Sollte doch mal etwas fehlen, kümmert sich der Vermieter direkt und es wird am nächsten Tag direkt per Fähre geliefert. Empfangen wurden wir mit einem vollständig vorbereitetem BBQ mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann, inkl. Getränke. Die Vermieter helfen zu jedem Thema und jeder Aktitivität auf der Insel und stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Insel selbst bietet sehr viele einsame Buchten, Häfen und Strände zum erkunden. Preislich gliedern sich die Geschäfte und Restaurants im deutschen Standard ein, auf dem Festland (Split) ist es etwas günstiger, es muss ja alles per Fähre auf die Insel gebracht werden. Danke der Fähre, welche täglich je nach Zeit 5-8 mal von Split nach Rogac und zurück fährt macht die perfekte Abwechslung zwischen Ruhe und Entspannung und Action/Party möglich. Auch Shopping kommt hier nicht zu kurz, dank der großen Märkte und der vielen Geschäfte in Split. Die Überfahrt mit der Fähre Jadronilija ist sehr entspannt im klimatisierten Bereich mit Versorgung oder auf Deck und mit 4€ pro Person pro Überfahrt und etwas mehr als 20€ für ein normales Fahrzeug auch günstig machbar. Auf der Insel gibt es 2-3 Lebensmittelgeschäfte, welche man aufgrund der Größe der Insel in kürzester Zeit erreicht. Ebenfalls wird hier Honig und Wein selbst hergestellt, ein Besuch auf der jeweiligen Farm ist empfehlenswert. In Kürze werden die Vermieter ein Boot zusätzlich zum Haus für den Aufenthalt anbieten, nach dem was wir gesehen haben und den Hunderten Buchten um die Insel, sollte man sich das nicht entgehen lassen. Wir kommen wieder!
