Location: The property Falcon House is located in a small village Gornje Sitno just under the Mosor mountain and near the suburbs of Split (25 min drive), which gives you the proximity to all one modern city has to offer, yet you are not involved in all the city fuss. It is a unique place that is surrounded by well-preserved ruins of old stone houses, so you can enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine at the new property with amazing ruins of previous generations around you, and still so close to everything you need for a comfortable holiday experience.
There are 3 restaurants within a short walking distance that offer local traditional food.
There is a popular and well-marked mountain trail just above the property that will keep you in shape There are two covered parking places and the property is fenced.
Our neighborhood is very friendly and quiet and you have the opportunity to buy local food, goat's milk, eggs, seasonal vegetables, fruit, and wine. All those hosts can provide for the guests at their request (not included).
Villa Falcon House is a 3-bedroom villa that can accommodate 6+2 people and offers a private, heated 39sqm pool with hydromassage, a jacuzzi (Hot Tub), and a Finnish Sauna, an outdoor dining area with BBQ, and a very comfortable interior overviewing the pool area. It is a fully air-conditioned villa with free WiFi and a PS4 for your youngest. Consisted of 170 sqm interior nestled on a 420 sqm fenced property. Falcon House is carefully decorated and architecturally designed to fit into the unspoiled environment of this village.

*The outdoor area offers (a living area level - ground floor): A private and heated swimming pool 4m x 9m with hydromassage, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a comfortable lounge corner, a pavilion with a decked outdoor dining area for 8 people next to a traditional barbecue.
Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
*The outdoor area (a bedroom level - first floor): a Terrace features a covered Whirlpool (Hot Tub) for 6 with glass sliding doors for added comfort during colder weather, a Finnish sauna and outdoor furniture for relaxing with a Finnish sauna, and outdoor furniture for relaxing.
* The ground floor offers: a fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (an ice maker, microwave oven, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker - Dolce Gusto...); an indoor fireplace with additional kitchen countertop, a dining table for 8 people and glass walls that can open so you can overview the pool area; a flat-screen TV, air-condition; a free WiFi. There is also a living room with a sofa, A/C, flat-screen TV, PS4, and Treadmill. A Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and exit toward the outdoor dining area. The famous town Split area (19km from Falcon House) is the perfect place to visit. You are located in the center of Dalmacija, and able to easily visit Split (25min), small-town Omiš (half hour) with Cetina river (half hour) that offers lots of activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, and boat tours, then Krka waterfalls (1,5h), beautiful town Trogir (30 min) or to visit the nearest island Brač for a one-day tour, or enjoy at this property and all it offers far from the city fuss.
