Villa Šuker

A wonderful property in a good location close to a large supermarket. The beach is about 1/2 mile walk or a couple of minutes in the car. Very close to the airport and great access to roads to take you anywhere in the locality. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms are a great size, some with balconies and most have sea views. Aircon in all rooms are just what’s needed when it’s hot outside. The kitchen is on the small side relative to the overall space but has everything you need for cooking meals. The large fridge/freezer with ice making facility is wonderful. We used the pool and hot tub a lot and while the pool is on the small side it was quite warm and more than enough for our 3 children who spent a lot of time in it. I would certainly recommend a holiday in this property.

Great place to stay for a large family group. Plenty to do with the pool, table tennis etc. Supermarket a 10 min walk away, beach 20 mins. Responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 14-tägigen Urlaub in dieser Villa. 8 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Hunde hatten mehr als genug Platz und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Badetücher, Handtücher wurden in ausreichender Anzahl bereitgestellt. Bettwäschewechsel wurde 1x pro Woche angeboten. Der Pool wird jeden 2. Tag gepflegt. Marijana ist eine wundervolle, liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die jederzeit zur Verfügung steht, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir hatten leider einen medizinischen Notfall und sie war binnen 5 min zur Stelle und hat uns steht Hilfe angeboten und sich um unser Befinden erkundigt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Man ist in 15 min in Trogir, 20 min in Split und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Von Trogir über eine Brücke gelangt man auf die Insel Ciovo, welche über einige tolle Strände verfügt. Fahrtzeit ca. 20 min. Am "Copacabana-Beach", der sehr belebt ist, gibt es viele Lokale und wir durften dort sogar mit den Hunden verweilen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und tollen Urlaub in der Villa und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!! Vielen Dank Marijana!!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la villa est bien desservie par les bus de Split, à proximité de la plage, d’un supermarché et de la ville. La piscine et la clim sont très agréables après une journée sous le soleil Croate. L’hôte est très accessible et réactive à tous nos besoins ! Une très belle expérience, merci beaucoup !

Perfekte Unterkunft, Marijana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - herzlich empfangen und erhielten viele wertvolle Ratschläge. Villa ist wunderschön: alles, was Sie brauchen, um einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu genießen. Ich empfehle es von ganzem Herzen!

Hyvä yhteydet, mukava majoittaja, hyvä majoittua isommalla ryhmällä. Ei vaivaa vaikka lentokoneita lensi usein päältä.

Wir waren mit 8 Mädels in der Villa Suker. Ein sehr schönes Haus, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, es war sehr imposant den Starts und Landungen zuzuschauen. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, nah am Meer und der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 600 m entfernt. Marijana ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und gab uns wertvolle Tips. Da wir kein Auto gemietet hatten, hat sie uns die Einkäufe in die Villa gefahren. Alles in allem einfach top ! Wir haben in der Villa eine tolle Woche verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing place!!! We had a great stay and the pictures were exact!!

Villa Suker was just what we needed, had everything we could want for a large group, clean and spacious. Pool was amazing. Very close to airport so was in the villa within 5-10mins so with this you get planes flying over (only in the day) but really did not bother us we actually quite liked seeing them fly over. Also not far from Split for a lovely day trip and we drove to Krak waterfalls which was less than a hour away. The host Marijana was great, quick to respond and informative also she was lovely on meeting her. Thank you x

Marijana was a fantastic host and Villa Suker was amazing. I would highly recommend for adult friends or family. So much to do for teenagers at the villa also.

Just back from a wonderful stay! Great location for us - close to airport and east to get to different towns. I would definitely recommend hiring a car if staying here especially if you have younger children. The house is clean and has lots of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The host kept in touch, was quick to respond to questions and recommended Places to go/eat. It’s perhaps not the most relaxing when you’re holidaying with small children - lots of steps/sharp edges/glass, but you quickly adapt. Highly recommend a stay here.

Marijana and her husband were wonderful hosts. They were kind and very attentive. We did have a couple minor inconveniences but they addressed them immediately. The villa is a beautiful home and we took full advantage of the amenities they had to offer. There is a supermarket only one minute driving and it’s right off the freeway to access major tourist cities, which was very convenient. It’s a lovely place for a big group, we all felt comfortable and safe. I’d highly recommend booking villa suker, you won’t be disappointed.

A lovely spacious villa with great outdoor area and pool. The second living area gave space for remote working when needed. Great view of the mountains at sunset! Air conditioning was much appreciated. Having a car there allowed us to explore the area and there's plenty to see and do. There is a beach in walking distance but there is a busy road to cross. We had a wonderful holiday there!

This was a great villa! Many things to do. And with car you are close to everything. Marijana was excellent host. If we needed anything she was there to help. Definitely will recommend this villa to everyone.

We had an amazing stay. The location and house is exactly as described. everything was very clean and we did a workation with 5 people. working from the place was also very easy and it has been a pleasure to then enjoy the locations equipments and facilities. The host communication and her help was extremely pleasant. we can recommend the location and will def. come back ourselves as well. It was the perfect get-away for us.

Villa has everything what you need. Kitchen is completely equipped, fridge has a ice-cube maker :) Kids had fun in the pool, played volleyball, jumped on the trampoline, played table tennis/dart/table football or watched TV the whole day. For the bigger ones there was a sauna and a Jacuzzi. We liked to sit, eat and talk under the roofed terrace. During the day it spends some shade. The host Marijana is very kind. She is obliging and always there if you need something. She even baked a cake for us which was very tasty. Croatian hospitality!! We all slept very well - sometimes too long. But the beds were great, no hammock or plank bed. We can definitely recommend a stay in this villa - it was a dream! I guess we will come back :)

Hey, me and some of my friends stayed at Villa Suker for one week. Our stay was unforgettable. The Villa was beatiful and very luxury. We do not have anything to suspend. The homeowner was very friendly and nice. Everytime we had question, she ansered fast and always helped us. The beach, Split and other cities like Trogir are so beautiful. I only can recommend Villa Suker with a clear conscience. Thank You for all!!

Das Ferienhaus war einfach klasse! Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man sich wünscht. Hammer Volleyball/Badmintonplatz haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Sehr schöner Pool und Whirlpool. Großen Dank an die nette Gastgeberin die uns bei allen Fragen sofort weitergeholfen hat!

I recommend it with all my heart. We were on vacation in this house 4 families with children and two dogs. House and garden very spacious. Very well equipped house (washing machine, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, water filter, sauna, several TVs, large bluetooth speaker) - everything you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are an ideal option for kids and adults used it often. A ping-pong table, table football and a volleyball court - these are other attractions to make your free time more pleasant 😁 The proximity to the airport is more of an attraction than an inconvenience. The sound of the planes did not disturb anyone and the sight of the landing planes was amazing. The distance to the sea is quite large - about 15 minutes walk with the children, but it is possible to reach the coast in 3 minutes by car. A big plus for a specially separated beach for dogs! Very close to the house, a large and well-equipped grocery store - Plodine. Our Lady Host - Marijana - the best! She received us very warmly, we had contact with her at any time. She got us a lot of things, recommended nice places. Throughout the trip, we knew we could count on her. We will definitely come back there again 😁
