Villa Petra

Nice Villa! The pictures correspond exactly to the appearance of the villa. Petra and her family are very nice and helpful & we were even able to get to the villa a little earlier than 4pm! The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, everything is clean and everything necessary is available. The sea is just a few steps away on foot. Shopping facilities are also just a few minutes away by car. A very clear recommendation!

What an amazing villa. Prefect accommodation for families with small children. We stayed when the temperatures were high, living room at the pool level was prefect for the children to cool off. Host Petra was amazing, friendly, helpful. Her fathers produce from their farm wow. We'd love to visit the area again and would definitely return to Villa Petra

An ideal place to relax, comfortable conditions, beautiful views, nature, sea, silence. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable villa, very well equipped. From the terraces next to the bedrooms there is a beautiful view of the sea. The swimming pool was a great attraction for children. There was a grill on the patio. The villa is located very close to the sea. I RECOMMEND!!!! For dinner we went to the Konoba Intrada Restaurant (very good food!!!)

Beautiful house in a beautiful place! I heartily recommend it :) We liked absolutely everything! Swimming pool, location, sauna, rooms with bathroom, apartment equipment, monitored parking, right by the sea, welcome wine. And the owners are wonderful people! Very helpful, nice, hospitable. Our stay was wonderful and we will remember it for a long time :)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Die große und Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles war super unkompliziert. Das einzige negative, ist der Flugverkehr, dieser ist permanent zu hören (man gewöhnt sich aber dran :) ) Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

We really enjoyed our stay, Villa was clean at arrival, everything worked as it should. Pool was clean, warm and big enough! Would recommend to everyone, see was like 2 minutes from villa.

We had a lovely time. The villa is as described and it was an incredibly relaxing stay. The only advice I'd give is to pack mosquito repellant!

The house are located in a sentral and fine area. It was very well cleaned. The host was helpful and we had a pleasant stay in a great house.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war rundum gelungen. Kleine Mängel wurden direkt behoben und die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Fluglärm wird in der Beschreibung angegeben, ist aber nicht den ganzen Tag zu hören. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist ein Highlight. Gerne wieder!

Well what can we say! Perfect from start to finish even although the Covid situation meant we had to wait 2 years to take our sister on her special birthday holiday. Worth the wait for sure. Let's start with the booking system - easy and straightforward, Tonka and the rest of the girls were superb and informative every step of the way. On arrival at the Villa Petra we were greeted by the Villa owner and her wonderful family. Petra and her husband along with her parents showed us around and were very friendly and helpful. The villa itself was fantastic with everything you could want to make you feel it truly is a "home from home" experience. The location was wonderful with breathtaking views over the sea which is a stone's throw away. The villa is situated close enough to Split for a great day/night visit and a very short taxi ride to Trogir which is small but beautiful and perfectly formed. We loved it all but especially the walk we did from our Villa Petra along the coastline taking in 9 "Castles" and small harbours along the way. Very beautiful. Dining options were plentiful and people very kind and accommodating. We would recommend this Villa Petra for it's location, 5 Star quality and breath-taking views. Although we were 4 sisters on a one week special birthday holiday, I am sure we will be back with our own families in the near future. Exceptionnel house close to seaside and Trogir for the morning market. High-end services with all the confirt (household products and toiletries available). Very warm welcome from the owner. Month of May to be preferred before the influx of tourists. 200% recommended

Such a lovely house and close to all the amenities. Our family had the most amazing time and we would definitely recommend this home! Close to the beach and shops (we hired a couple of cars - DON'T use Avea Car Hire!) and the views from the bedrooms are amazing. The hostess and her parents were so kind and helpful - they even brought me some flowers for my birthday! Everything was spotless and well stocked and the BBQ and pool area was cleaned each day. Can't thank you enough for our great holiday!

Beautifully villa, nice location and great hosts made our Spring vacation perfect. The villa is nicely decorated and equipped as advertised. The hosts were very kind and we got nice welcome gifts ( domestic spirits , wine, candy). Also, on check-out day, although official check-out time is 10:00, hosts offered us to stay till 17:00 for free as new guests were coming next day. The swimming pool was very clean and water temperature was just right. The beach is 30 m away with crystal clear sea, however, it was early spring and sea temperature was too cold for swimming. The sea view from second floor terrace is really great. Many beautiful cities and places are very close for visit. By walk, we visited several Kastelas , picturesque little towns between Split and Trogir (villa is located in Kastel that is closest to Trogir town). By car we visited UNESCO protected old towns of Trogir (10 min drive away), Split (25 min away), and we even took the trip to Dubrovnik (3 hours away) as it was perfect time to visit it as there was no summer crowd and heat. I also recommend visiting Old town of Šibenik (1 hour away) and Primošten, small place between Trogir and Šibenik. Worth mentioning is that food in local restaurants was great and was not to expensive as it was not summer season. So I fully recommend the staying in villa Petra and I especially recommend Spring or Autumn season as the weather is great but not too hot and surrounding places are not overcrowded as they are during the Summer season.

schöner Urlaub Die Lage direkt am Meer sowie der ruhige Strand haben uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist modern und sehr gut , besonders hat uns die Terrasse mit Pool gefallen.

It was a great holiday, but way too short:( The house is beautiful, very well situated in a quiet area and close to the sea and yet not far from shops and a local restaurant. The house itself was great too, fully equipped ... and this swimming pool :) We definitely recommend it!
