Villa Lea is a perfect accommodation for 8 people, located in Kaštel Novi - Rudine on a 1.500 sqm property, only 9km from Trogir and 20km from the famous town of Split, in a quiet, peaceful area of Kaštel Novi with sea views from the property. It is within walking distance of the restaurant (50m) and mini-market (200m), and the beach is only 2km away. The villa offers 330sqm of nicely decorated and fully air-conditioned interior and is equipped with entertainment for everybody, which makes it a perfect choice for a family holiday. The street is graveled for the final 300 meters leading to the house.
* The outdoor area offers exclusively for you a private 8m x 5m swimming pool and a jacuzzi (Hot-Tub) next to it, 6 sun deck chairs, a baldahin sun bed, a covered outdoor dining area with amazing views of the surroundings and the sea, and a wooden kids' house with a slide and swing. A few steps down takes you to an additional sun deck area with natural shade and 4 deck chairs, a summer kitchen with a barbecue (woods/charcoal), a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove, a kettle), a lounge corner, darts for some fun, a bar, a dining table, and a toilet. In front, there is an outdoor tennis table and a badminton set.
* The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned living area (50sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, a kettle, capsule coffee maker), TV, A/C, free WiFi, PS4, exit to the terrace with pool and sea views. There is a Bedroom No1 (10.5 sqm) with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), TV, A/C, and a family bathroom next to it with a shower. In the garage, there is a table soccer, a table tennis, and some additional toys for your youngest.
