Villa Lady Maris

Wir waren 5 Tage zu Besuch und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Die Vermieter sind super nett und kümmern sich um alle Belange. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

We had a lovely girlie stay,we were 2mins walk away from the sea,ferry restraunts and bars and bus stop. The villa was very well equipped and was very light and airy. Karen Brighton England

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house, location is also perfect, near to some smaller shops and a bakery, close to the beacht with bars. Good contact with owner when we had questions or issues. We defintely recommand this house!

We spent 7 nights at Villa Lady Marie. We were a group of 9 friends on a previous trip for our 30th birthday. The owner of the accommodation welcomed us in person. She explained to us the rules of the house and several things to visit around. the big positive points of this house are the kitchen, the space in the house. The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had a touch of attention with local wine and cookies. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking there is even a barbecue outside we took advantage 2 this evening. The pool is great, at 32 degrees, access to the sea in 3 minutes, the tranquility of the neighborhood, the beach bar. We were able to hire jet skis from the hotel which is right next to the villa. One of our friends was in a wheelchair and was able to roll between the rooms perfectly. We had to help him with the stairs but as far as the bedroom the terrace or the living room he had no problem with circular enough space. There is also the possibility of taking the boat to go to Trogir or to Split very practical. We decided to rent a car instead it's easier to visit as we went to Dubrovnik and Zadar. There is a large parking lot in front of the house which can accommodate 3 cars. The negatives of the house I would say that the walk-in showers are good but the flow does not have a large enough flow and we had to make towel barriers to avoid flooding the bathroom. The second point that we noted is also that there is no bedside table in the rooms. The Ferie home agency is a serious dynamic agency is always ready to answer our questions at any time I highly recommend it. If one day I have to come back to Croatia I will go directly through this agency I really liked it, I found it very professional

The house was amazing with all the amenities you require for. A Large family . The hosts were especially caring and communications were very easy and fast. The location is perfect to the beach and a few restaurants. Towels and bedding was of a very high standard and the pool was amazing . I wouldn’t hesitate to give the villa and hosts 5 stars

This house and location gave us everything we wanted from our holiday. The house was really nice and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was very nice and heated to 25/26 degrees, just perfect. The layout of the house was suitable for us (three families) as the children could be on the pool-side of the house, while the adults with "holiday-office" could work on the sea-side of the house. The location of the house was just perfect. It took us approximately 15 minutes with taxi from the airport in Split. The beach was just a short walk down a path and in the small village there were two shops (one by the beach and one bigger just up the hill) and a bakery. The bakery was open every day from 06:30-21:00. The village also had five restaurants, and we especially enjoyed excellent food at Neverin and Lanterna. The house is also located very close to the ferry port where you can travel by boat to both Trogir (25 min) and Split (30 min) This made it very convenient for a large group of people to travel together on excursions to explore these two cities. The ferry runs 4-9 journeys per day and is a very good option if you don't want to sit inside a taxi. We also have to thank our hostess Marijana for her friendliness. She was quick to respond to our inquiries and helpful if needed. Villa Maris is definitely a place we would come back to visit. Mette L. Steira

WOW - exceptionally beautiful and equipped with love!!!! The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. A very large villa, fully equipped, the pictures correspond to reality 😊 in addition, a Napoleon electric grill, a heat pump as pool heating, etc.. The best! After consultation we could charge our plug-in hybrid and our fully electric car. I used an extension cord from about 20 meters (Schuck plug). Since the car was only used for trips or major shopping’s, it was in our case parked for days at the villa. In 24h we charged 50KW, so I always had a full "tank". About the Villa We have previously rented various other villas and apartments on the Mediterranean coast, all practical and very nice, but built / furnished for rent to guests! Villa Lady Maris is extremely high quality, made with love, expensive or noble materials of high quality. I would actually build this quality only for me privately! A huge compliment to the owner doing this :-) Good 70m direct walking to the sea or 100m to the beach bar or 40-200 meters various kiosks, bakers, fruit vendors and about 10 restaurants. From simple to really very good food (Restaurant Neverin). Chill by the pool, enjoy the outdoor shower and loungers, then briefly go to the sea and swim enjoy cold drink at the Bar and back... to the Villa with its comfort - just perfect. The port of Saltine is about 150-200 meters away, a boat takes you to Split. In that area and from our point of view (14 days onsite) you will not find a better Villa with its comfort Villa Lady Maris is just perfect. Choose the Villa and enjoy your stay 😊

WOW - außergewöhnlich schön und mit Liebe ausgestattet!!!! Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine sehr große Villa, komplett ausgestattet, die Bilder entsprechen der Realität 😊 dazu ein Napoleon Elektrogrill, eine Wärmepumpe als Poolheizung, etc. Das Beste! Nach Rücksprache konnten wir unseren Plug-in-Hybrid und unser Vollelektroauto aufladen. Ich benutzte ein Verlängerungskabel von ca. 20 Metern (Schukostecker). Da das Auto nur für Ausflüge oder Großeinkäufe genutzt wurde, war es in unserem Fall tagelang an der Villa geparkt. In 24h haben wir 50KW geladen, so dass ich immer einen vollen "Tank" hatte. Über die Villa Wir haben zuvor verschiedene andere Villen und Wohnungen an der Mittelmeerküste gemietet, alle praktisch und sehr schön, aber gebaut / eingerichtet für die Vermietung an Gäste! Villa Lady Maris ist extrem hochwertig, mit Liebe gemacht, teure oder edle Materialien von hoher Qualität. Diese Qualität würde ich eigentlich nur für mich privat bauen! Ein riesen Kompliment an den Besitzer :-) Gute 70m direkter Weg zum Meer oder 100m zur Strandbar oder 40-200 Meter diverse Kioske, Bäcker, Obstverkäufer und ca. 10 Restaurants. Von einfachem bis wirklich sehr gutem Essen (Restaurant Neverin). Chillen am Pool, die Außendusche und Liegen genießen, dann kurz ans Meer gehen und schwimmen, einen kalten Drink an der Bar genießen und zurück... zur Villa mit ihrem Komfort - einfach perfekt. Der Hafen von Saltine ist etwa 150-200 Meter entfernt, ein Boot bringt Sie nach Split. In dieser Gegend und aus unserer Sicht (14 Tage vor Ort) werden Sie keine bessere Villa mit diesem Komfort finden. Villa Lady Maris ist einfach perfekt. Wählen Sie die Villa und genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt 😊
