On the first floor there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with exit to the balcony with sea views, and to terrace with outdoor dining area. Bedroom No1 with 2 single beds, a family bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs takes you to the second floor that is also air conditioned and offers Bedroom No2 with double bed 180x200cm, plus sofa bed for 1 person and Bedroom No3 with double bed 160x200cm, both with sea views and exit to the balcony and terrace with panoramic views on the village and sea. Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds. Family bathroom with shower, and a toilet.
Villa Dawn is located in nice South-West position of Okrug Gornji area, on island Čiovo connected with a bridge with famous town Trogir with great historical and cultural attractions, under UNESCO offers all needed in walking distance, mini market, beach, water sports, restaurants, bars, massage service …. and if you decide to visit Trogir you can take a bus or a boat that goes every 1 hour.
Trogir's most popular beach is the one that is 100 m from villa, in Okrug Gornji (aka Copacabana), lies 1.7 km south of the old town on the island of Čiovo and can be reached by road or boat. It's a 2 km-long stretch of pebbles, lined with cafe-bars, ice-cream parlors and more. The town is a real living museum in every sense of the word. Romantic courtyards, cultural and historical monuments, art and original architecture. You can learn a lot about the complex heritage of this city. The airport is only 11 km away, and the famous town Split is only 30 km from the villa.
