Perfect

We had a lovely week at the Villa. The area felt safe and peaceful, but still very close to bars, food, beach, activities. It was very easy to communicate with our host Drago, who helped with all our questions. We were very happy with everything overall. Our only inconvenience was that we weren’t prepared for the steep roads leading up to the Villa, that became an issue for family members with a difficulty walking. This is something we would have wanted to consider beforehand, but we managed as we rented a car. We are so happy with our vacation, thank you for the stay!

We had a great time at Villa. From the beginning the owner was very nice and even aloud us to check-in 3 hours earlier, since we were in the village already from the moment. During check-in at the fridge there were water, orange juice and local beer. The pool was very nice alternative to the sea, when guests were tired. Kitchen had all needed utilities. 2 big panoramic balconies were giving lots of options for aesthetic eating with the view. I can definitely recommend this place and might go there again!

Vi var 2 familier med 5 barn i alderen 1-4 år som besøkte huset en uke i slutten av mai. Vi var veldig heldige med været og hadde en veldig fin uke i villaen. Veldig greit basseng og inngjerdet området som gjorde at barna kunne løpe rundt. Huset er i henhold til bilder og beskrivelse. Stranda er ca 2-3 minutter gange fra huset (steinstrand) og vi spaserte også ofte til byen Trogir. Det er ikke så langt, men veldig bratt stigning opp og ned med mindre en går langs veien som ikke har fortau. Men vi synes det gikk veldig fint. Veldig hyggelig vert. Stort pluss at det også er veldig nært flyplass og uber fungerte veldig fint. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Clean and tidy house, beautiful pool area with sunbeds, pretty big kitchen/livingroom area and bedrooms - perfect for to families with small children. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Easy to take the boat or bus to beautiful Trogir. The host was very friendly and helpful for the entire stay. Highly recommend this Villa!!

Vi var seks voksne, to barn og en baby og hadde et flott opphold i boligen. Saltvannsbassenget ble flittig brukt og hadde en god størrelse til både svømming og lek. Godt med sitteplasser på de ulike arealene ute, flott utsikt, nært til strand, butikker, restauranter og godt med plass inne i tillegg. Vi trivdes svært godt den uken vi bodde der, og vi var veldig glade for å kunne sjekke inn tidlig den dagen vi kom. Det er absolutt et sted vi kunne bodd på igjen :)

Thank you. We had a wonderful time at the villa. The house and the garden were fabulous - really clean, comfortable and beautiful. Loved the pool and being so close to the sea for daily swim. Great to be able to walk to so many bars and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Dawn! The villa is only 3-4 minutes walk from the beach, with all its amenities including restaurants, cafes, bars, an amazing aqua park and stacks of water sports! The villa itself was spotlessly clean, had air con in every room and was extremely spacious. We spent most of our time in and around the pool and patio area, but there are also two large verandas at first and second floor level with great views of the coast. It’s a fantastic property, and Drago and his family were very welcoming on arrival.

We had a lovely stay at Drago’s house. This house was close to the beautiful beach. The pool was also amazing and it was very nice with all of the fruit and flowers around the house. Extra plus for the air conditioning working perfect in all rooms.

Villa Dawn was spotlessly clean and Drago was very helpful and responsive, both before and during our visit. Thank you. The twin rooms were small, but would be ok for children. Would have been great to have a smaller, more mobile BBQ. Very easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and a short taxi or boat ride to Trogir. Plus quick journey to Split Airport, so a very good location.

Fint och trevligt välkomnande av värden till ett underbart hus. Ser ut som på bilderna , med en stor pool där vi badade hela dagarna. Huset var välskött och välstädat. Fin och mysig trädgård med mycket växter. Kan varmt rekomendera detta boende.

Great location 3 mins from the beach. Lovely views Well equipped villa with all you need. Host was welcoming and helpful Good base for exploring the area Pool was very clean and we asked for heating which was done with no problem. Would recommend.

ättefint hus med alla faciliteter. Nära till stranden med några fik, barer och restuaranger (allt hade inte öppnat när vi var där i maj), ca 1,7 km till Trogir och bara 15 min till flygplatsen. Fint stort hus med jättefina rum. Vi älskade vår semester i Villa Dawn!

Very nice and clean apartment. Our group consist of 4 couple (8 people). The owner welcommed us very politely and give good information to spending time in the apartment. We had have enough room to sleep in own bedrooms and spend the free time in the apartment. The beach and restaurants were very near just walking down to beach street. Also there was the good connection (10 minutes) by little boat to the old town of Trogir. From Trogir there you also have the possibility to take the ferry to Split (about 1 hour).

Beautiful Villa. Very clean and well maintained. The owners clearly take great pride in their Villa. Lovely pool. Very close to shops, restaurants, beach. Owner very welcoming and helpful. It is in a residential area so some traffic noise but it would not put us off returning due to the positives with location and the Villa itself. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic house and location!

Villa Dawn har nydelig beliggenhet, sentralt og kort vei til stranda og butikker. Eiendommen var vakker med frukttrær, blomster og bassengområde. Villaens eier tok godt imot oss, var svært hjelpsom og vennlig. Ga personlig service, og god kommunikasjon.

Meget flott hus med en veldig hyggelig vert. Perfekt beliggenhet iforhold til strand og Trogir. Ungene elsket bassenget.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa, beautiful area and fabulous location. Very easy to get to only 15 minutes from the airport and 2 minute walk to the sea front with restaurants and beach bars. When we had a slight problem with one of the showers Drago sorted the problem out very promptly. I can recommend this villa!

The host was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated that they accommodated our less than ideal times for check-in and check-out (the latter at 4 am). The house was lovely, with lots of options for sitting both inside and outside, in the sun and in the shade. Even though the house is located in a residential area, it feels private, and there are tall hedges around the pool area so that we could relax in the pool without feeling like we were being seen. The beach is very close, and you can also walk to the center of Trogir which is about 2km away. We had a great time at the house and would highly recommend it!

Thoroughly enjoyed at stay at Villa Dawn. A very well appointed property with a lovely swimming pool, spacious bedrooms, communal areas and air conditioning, which was essential in mid-30 degree heat!

Super nice villa to stay in. Very close to a nice beach and with a great pool as well. A beautiful house, very clean and Drago is a super host who takes great pride in his house - it shows! We will recommend it highly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Villa Dawn. The place fits perfect to spend a relaxing holiday. The beach, supermarktes and the beautiful town Trogir are easy to access from here. From the balcony you also get an astonishing view on the coast. The villa itself left nothing to be desired. The three baths and four bedrooms are perfect for bigger groups. Everything was in a good condition as well. But our personal highlight was the swimming pool that is heated and also comes with pool lights for fun pool sessions in the late evening. So overall a great choice for our holiday.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa with our family. Everything was in very good condition, clean, spacious, comfortable, good WiFi connection, etc. The host is friendly and helpful. The location is very nice, everything is within reach: the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, ... We definitely recommend it (for large families with children).

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dawn. The villa is huge and provides all what you need for a perfect vacation. The beach is just few steps away from the house and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The old town of Trogir is also just a 20-minute walk from the villa. The pool is clean and very relaxing with a perfect temperature. There is also an outdoor grill available for the guests, we loved it and used it a lot. We would highly recommend villa Dawn and would love to come back for more days !

Vooraf: we zijn een gezinnetje met 3 zonen tussen 8j en 14j uit Antwerpen, België. We schrijven meestal geen recensies als het oké is, enkel als het niet goed was of als het - zoals in dit geval - exceptioneel goed was. We waren er eerste helft juli 2021 en hadden er heerlijk weer. Ruim huis, kraaknet, alle comfort, airco in leefruimte en alle kamers, groot en tegen de zon beschermd terras, mooie bomen / planten, zicht op zee, eigen zwembad (elektrolyse - geen chloor) - kinderen hebben er uren en uren in doorgebracht. Parkeerplaats op terrein afgesloten door hek. Heel vriendelijke eigenaar die ons ontving met fris glaasje. Huisje ligt op 5 minuten wandelen van het strand, met verhuur van motorbootjes, suppen, pedalo's... Leuke barretjes, redelijke strandfood. Ook kleine en middelgrote supermarkt, strandwinkeltje en véél schepijs ;-) Ligt op 15 à 20 minuten wandelen naar het mooie Trogir, met enkele heel goede restaurants. Het was helemaal top!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Dawn. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend vom Hausherrn begrüßt und verköstigt. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung atemberaubend schön und sehr sauber, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Einmal in der Woche bekommt man neue Bettlaken und Handtücher, und zweimal in der Woche kommt der Hausherr und reinigt den Pool. Von zwei aus den insgesamt vier Schlafzimmern hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Den Strand, sowie Restaurants oder Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Da man in der Villa für sich ist, muss man auch keine angst vor einer Infektion mit dem Corona Virus haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal.
