We had an amazing stay at the villa and loved every single day we spent there. The place was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Marijo and Martina were wonderful hosts – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home, and we can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. We would love to come back one day!

Villa Pavuza was perfect for our family of 5. Location was fantastic & kids loved the pool / entertainment room. Marijo was a great host, giving us plenty of tips on beaches, towns & restaurants to visit. Thanks for having us.

Wir waren 9 Tage in der Villa und waren super zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber, luxuriös und top ausgestattet. Marijo war zudem ein super Gastgeber. Er war nicht aufdringlich und war für jede Frage bereit. Am letzten Abend bereitete er uns sogar noch ein sehr leckeres Barbecue vor! Es gab nichts an der Unterkunft auszusetzen, wir können die Villa jedem Empfehlen!

Our stay at Villa Pavuza in Split was absolutely exceptional. The villa itself is pure luxury – spacious, beautifully decorated, with stunning outdoor areas and a pool that made every moment feel like a five-star experience. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, elegance, and relaxation. We stayed here as a work group, and the villa was ideal not only for enjoying our free time but also for working together. The spacious common areas, peaceful atmosphere, and reliable amenities made it easy to combine business with pleasure. A very special thanks goes to our host, Mario. He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable – one evening he prepared an amazing barbecue for us, and throughout our stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. His hospitality and kindness added a truly personal touch to the whole experience. Villa Pavuza offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Whether for business or leisure, this is by far one of the best stays we have ever had, and we recommend it wholeheartedly!

We stayed in Villa Pavuza in August 2025 and has a fantastic time. The villa was everything we'd hoped for, contemporary, spotless and full of things to do from table tennis, to pool, darts, chess and table football. One highlight was picking melons from the large vegatable garden adjacent to the villa and having them for breakfast. Thank you to Marijo, who coldn't have been more helpful and stayed in touch throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.. very impressed and thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I would like to leave a review for Villa Pavuza in Podstrana. The villa presents itself as a luxury villa, but the opposite is true. Upon arrival at the villa, you will not receive any soft drinks, small snacks or any fruit. You simply will not receive anything!! The refrigerator smelled of fish. The towel hooks in the toilet and bathroom were on double-sided tape, which the weight of the towel did its job and it came off. Even the towel hooks, which were on screws, were loose and moved. The floor in our bedroom creaked in certain places. The wifi connection is a different wifi router on each floor and even in our bedroom the cable to the wifi went through the window, which could not be closed properly. The washing machine is a 2in1 combination with a dryer, which does not dry the laundry well. There are absolutely no cleaning products in the villa. The owner Mario, lives a few houses away and is helpful, but we did not have a good feeling about him. There is little toilet paper in the villa, as well as capsules for the dishwasher. Few bags or even garbage. There are only two knives in the kitchen. There is no coffee maker!!! There is a capsule machine for preparing a coffee drink, but the capsules are not there!!! There is no TV in the rooms… Now I will praise: I must say that the pool is in top condition, it must have been done by good craftsmen, it is really great. Large and spacious pantry and lots of space in the villa. The lighting is great in the villa. We will definitely not come back here… 😔

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and warm hospitality. A big thank you to the owner for the thoughtful gesture of preparing a barbecue just for us and for the delicious cherry tomatoes freshly picked from his garden – such a kind and personal touch! The interior of the villa is beautiful, modern, and extremely well-kept – it feels luxurious yet cozy at the same time. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is also perfect – very close to the sea, yet in a peaceful area. We are truly satisfied with our stay and already looking forward to coming back next year. See you again soon! 🌊🇭🇷

This may be the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. Marijo greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the space and how everything works in the building. We had a long and difficult travel day and he allowed us to check in early. After he showed us around the house he went above and beyond by asking us what we liked to drink and ran to the store for us and grabbed wine and some light snacks that he wouldn’t allow us to pay for. He lives just a few houses down and told us to contact him if we had any issues (which of course there were not). The house itself is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s a short 10 minute walk down to the beach where there are restaurants and bars. Honestly, we could not be happier with our experience. Whenever we’re back in the area we will definitely be staying here again.

We had a fantastic holiday here with our family in early July. Marijo is a super sweet and helpful owner, who even shared zucchini and peppers from his garden with us. He also gave us tips about the surrounding area, supermarkets, a greengrocer, and a delicious Croatian restaurant near Split. The villa offers stunning views, a fantastic pool, beautifully decorated interiors, and plenty of outdoor space to sit out of the sun. Despite 35 degrees Celsius outside, the air conditioning kept it nice and cool inside. My wife used the downstairs gym and sauna every morning. My daughters were thrilled with the Wi-Fi (very important) and the snooker table. It was our first time in Croatia, and we met such hospitable and kind people everywhere. We had a truly fantastic holiday in a fantastic house.

This villa was absolutely stunning even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Every detail was perfectly thought out, and the peaceful setting made it the ideal place to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home only better! A huge thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. His hospitality truly made our stay even more special. I would recommend this villa without hesitation and would love to come back again!

Villa Pavuza var ett fantastiskt boende för mig och mina vänner. Huset hade allt man kunde önska sig med en fantastisk pool, underhållning för hela veckan och snygg inredning. Värden Marijo överträffade gång på gång våra förväntningar då han var oerhört hjälpsam och trevlig. Han försökte även att alltid göra det lilla extra. Jag skulle rekommendera villa pavuza till alla jag känner och skulle gärna komma tillbaka hit.
