Villa Paula is located above a coastal road offering amazing views of the coast, sea, and valley in a very quiet environment. Accommodation is offered on two floors and is perfect for two or more families or friends and all exclusively for your use. Both floors are connected by the outdoor staircase, and each floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room with sea views. The pool area is spacious and fully fenced with a lounge area and 8 deck chairs, a fun zone, and the gym next to it. Perfectly located to get to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants in 5 5-minute drive, and to visit historic attractions and famous locations in up to a 20-minute drive (Trogir, Split, Solin, Klis).
*The outdoor area offers a 9m x 4m heated swimming pool (depth goes from 1m to 1.5m) with 8 deck chairs, a jacuzzi for 5 people, table soccer, and a fitness room next to it with a treadmill, a bench with weights, and an exercise bike. There is also a large sun deck area surrounded by olive and palm trees (this area has a baby-safe door). A few steps up take you to the covered outdoor lounge area with sea and pool views. There are two grassplot areas that offer a swing, slide, and some toys, perfect for your youngest, and located just next to the first covered outdoor dining area for 14 people. On the west side of the villa, a few steps up is a summer kitchen and a second covered dining area for 14 people with a traditional barbecue and a TV.
*The first floor offers an air-conditioned living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with PS4, a balcony with a lounge corner, and amazing sea views. There is Bedroom No. 1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, and a balcony with sea views. A Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds 90cmx200cm and a TV. Bedroom No. 3 with a double bed 140cm x 200cm. Bedroom No. 4 with a double bed 140cm x 200cm. There is also a spacious family bathroom No. 1 with a shower, two sinks, and a family bathroom No. 2 with a shower.
*The ground floor offers an air-conditioned and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and exit to the first outdoor dining area, a sofa, and a TV. Bedroom No5 with two single beds 90cmx200cm. Bedroom No. 6 with two single beds 90cmx200cm with an ensuite bathroom No. 3 with a shower and air-conditioning. There is also a family bathroom No. 4 with a shower. A separate entrance from the outside is for Bedroom No. 7 with a double 140cmx 200cm, air-conditioned, en-suite bathroom No. 5 with a shower, and views of the sea.

Located between two Unesco-protected towns Trogir (14km) and Split (16km) it gives the opportunity to visit many historical attractions. The unique, romantic, and mysterious fortification in Kaštel Gomilica together with Klis fortress (15km) was chosen as the setting for the fourth season of the popular television series "Game of Thrones". Salona ruins are only 11km away, a marked mountain path leads from Kaštel Stari to the Malačka saddle (480 m) as a starting point for mountaineering paths through Kozjak and Kaštela Hinterland. This is the easiest accessible lookout with a magnificent view of the bay, Split, Marjan, Trogir, and the Central Dalmatian islands. An oak (Quercus Pubescens Willd) by the Romanic church of St. Kuzma and Damjan in Kaštel Gomilica captures interest by its beauty and size in the old Kaštela surroundings. Park around the Palace Hotel in Kaštel Stari is also a monument of park architecture. It was founded in 1910 and stretches on 35.000 sqm. Kaočina gaj, a forest on the eastern slopes of Kozjak in Kaštel Sućurac is an example of preserved high maquis and other autochthonous species in a vegetative and floristic sense.
In addition to the rich Kaštela summer with more than a hundred events, try out sailing and rowing clubs in Kastel Kambelovac, or diving in Resnik, visit beaches in Kaštel Gomilica: Torac, Kamp or in Kaštel Kambelovac: Baletna škola, Mala punta, Bilajka. If you refer to pedestrian or bicycle paths in Kozjak and Kaštela hinterland, you will experience Kaštela from a completely new perspective.
