Sehr schöne Villa, tolle Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Villa Falcon is extraordinary! This villa is situated about 20 kilometers outside of Split on the side of a mountain. It is very new. Beautifully decorated and has all the amenities as advertised and more. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds and their own bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including an ice maker. There is a large dining room with seating for 8-10 people that overlooks the pool area. There is a very comfortable living room with an excellent tread mill. There are new large screen TV’s throughout the house (about 6-7). The outside areas are wonderful. There is an outside “kitchen” and dining area which is great for all meals. The heated pool is excellent and was nice and warm at the end of September. The upstairs patio has a hot tub and Finnish sauna. There is a washer and dryer. There is a covered/dedicated parking space for 2 cars. You can hike up the mountain right outside your door. There are two local pubs/restaurants within walking distance. On top of all of this, your host, Ankece, is the best I have ever dealt with on VRBO. She welcomed us with a food platter and said goodbye with gifts. She can recommend restaurants, tours, shopping, etc. She is very responsive to all questions. The only caution I would give to potential renters is that this house requires a car and the roads going up the mountain are very narrow and curvy. This is the finest VRBO house we have ever rented anywhere in the world. We would definitely go back.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful private villa. In an extremely quiet area and a little remote but with great views because we were so high up. The villa was clean and modern and had everything we needed. Taxis were needed to visit Podstrana and Split restaurants but were easy to book with Uber or Bolt. Journey times were long to the towns so we always took bags with us to pick up bits from the supermarkets to bring back. Ankica the host was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Aknica is a wonderful host and the property is exceptional. It is a great place to relax by the pool, and the internal fitout is excellent. Aknica was always available with great advice, and her knowledge base of the surrounds, Split and many other areas was extremely valuable. regards Brent Hallo

Sehr ruhig gelegen, Anfahrt dauert etwas länger, da die Villa in den Bergen ist. Die Villa ist sauber und sehr modern. Toller Aussenbereich mit Pool und Whirpool. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

The host was just super so welcoming and friendly. She was a font of knowledge and there were loads of leaflets on the side and maps with places to visit. We loved the villa. The area was spectacular with the views. We just had a fab time. Would definitely revisit. Six very happy guests

The villas matched the pictures shown, sauna was amazing as we were unlucky with weather, have a bus to take you to split for 2 euros although car would be better, Anika was very helpful and kept in contact throughout our stay would recommend this villas

Sejour très agréable dans une villa au top avec un extérieur comprenant jaccuzi, sauna, piscine chauffée, des chaises longues. De plus la villa est bien aménagée et les chambres sont très confortables. L'hôte a été exceptionnel, très accessible, elle nous a donné de bons conseils. Petit plus, un petit plateau de fromage et de jambon pour nous accueillir. Elle nous a même aidé pour réserver certaines activités et a été très souple au niveau du départ.

Everything about the villa is perfect. The hosts are very kind and there is absolutey no problem with communication. 10/10 would recommend! ❤️

Lovely clean and well equipped , high spec villa up in the hills. in a peaceful and picturesque location. Fabulous pool which gets sun on it all day ( September) plus a hot tub and Sauna which were great for chillier evenings . Striking scenery and would highly recommend taking the trail that takes you up the mountain behind the house. Great views of Split and the surroundings. We were 3 couples so the villa suited us well with 3 good sized bedrooms, King beds and each had an ensuite shower room. Another downstairs toilet plus laundry room. The outside eating area was covered and we had some lovely evenings there. Ankika welcomed us in person with a lovely cheese and ham board and bread and was there to say goodbye at the end. We had a late flight and the supermarkets close at 9pm therefore we had to go shopping on our first morning. I recommend an earlier flight and a visit to a supermarket on the way to the villa. There are no shops within walking distance. There are however two local taverns a stones throw away. Ankika helped us to book those and you will need to pre order. The lamb at Kod Dunde was good and for what it is best known. Apparently Rick Stein visited there a few years back and cooked there with the locals. The food is simple and rustic but tasty. The locals were friendly and welcoming. One neighbour had given us some home grown tomatoes. The roads up to Gornje Sitno are really windy and not for the faint hearted or novice driver but if you drive carefully , then no problem. Safe off road parking in a shady garage . We had a lovely visit to Split and a half day white water rafting on the Cetina river which was a highlight for us. Omis is close to the pick up/drop off point for the rafting so do visit there. A pretty town with some good restaurants. The scenery everywhere is spectacular .Would love to have stayed longer. We were sad to leave. A week seemed too short. Ankika was a perfect host. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend Villa Falcon House.

Villa Falcon House was perfect for our family. The villa has been beautifully done to a high spec both inside and out. It's spacious, comfortable and has everything you need for a week away. Our host was amazing - welcomed us with a smile on arrival at nearly 1 in the morning, and sent suggestions for places to eat, visit and shop in the local area, nothing was too much. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren Freunden in einer fantastischen Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Preis und Leistungsverhältnis stimmt sofort. Gerne wieder! :-)

Villa Falcon was the perfect place to stay to get away and relax! Being 25 minutes from Omis and Split, it provides easy access to beaches, great dining, and activities. The house is very modern and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly want. Pool, hot tub, sauna, laundry, you name it. Everything worked well and was very clean. At night the only thing you hear or see is the stars as you overlook the city lights miles away below the mountains. The hosts were communicative and involved, there was no confusion at all. Anika treated us like family from start to finish and we felt a warm welcome before we even arrived. They were nearby too in case we needed anything. Check-in and check-out was simple and you feel very safe on location. I couldn’t recommend this house enough to anyone or any family looking to get away from it all, but still have access to some of the best that Croatia has to offer!

Very happy with the villa Falcon House and stay in general. Villa's owner/ host very nice, friendly, welcoming and friendly and attentive. Everything we needed was sorted out straight away. Stayed in 5 villas before and this one was a high spec, very nice furnished etc. Would definitely highly recommend it.

We stayed here as a family for a week and it was perfect. The house was spotless, even for my clean freak mother. The host is amazing, she went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, from organising a local taxi to suggesting trips that would be suitable for my one year old. We would love to return to falcon house next year! Thank you for everything xx

We stayed at Villa Falcon from 18 - 27 June 2022 and had the most amazing holiday. Our host, Ankica, was so welcoming and extremely helpful. She recommended beaches and restaurants, helped us with reservations and taxis and was always easily contactable and very quick to respond to messages. The villa itself is in a beautiful location up in the mountains with incredible views of Split and the surrounding countryside. All the appliances are relatively new and work well and the bedrooms are a good size with lots of storage space. The sauna and hot tub are just added bonuses! We had such a relaxing time and hope we can visit again in future. Pippa & David Hearn

Einfach Fantastisch! Anni und ihr Mann sind super tolle Gastgeber, das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und die Gegend in Kroatien ist auch wunderschön. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Villa. Alles ist vorhanden was man benötigt und wenn doch etwas fehlt, dann ist Anni stehts da und kümmert sich um alles. Einfach ganz ganz toll!!!! Vielen vielen Dank für alles !

I cannot describe in words how absolutely amazing our stay was! The host is super attentive, caring and went above and beyond the whole week we were there. When we arrived she had prepared a chacutrie and a freshly baked bread, and she was very accommodating with transportation and grocery shopping before our arrival. She arranged for us to have dinner in the village, and showed us around the area. She frequently checked in and helped us with all the amenities. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and clean and has all the necessities covered like dish soap, toiletpaper and detergent for clothing/towels. You feel very much at home and the privacy the location offers is very wholesome. We were 6 people visiting from Norway and stayed for a week it is by far the best airbnb we’ve visited. I cannot say enough about this villa and it’s host, we were welcomed with food and a bottle of wine on arrival which was great after a long day of travel, anything we needed she was more than happy to help and got back to us super quick, she gave us amazing recommendations on where to eat and things to do! One thing I would recommend is doing the walk up the cliff to see the sunset it was definitely a highlight of our trip!! We would love to come back and stay again! Amazing value for money and we felt so at home!

Das Haus war ein Traum! Es war wie beschreiben und einfach in echt noch viel schöner. Die Lage ist ruhig aber wunderschön und mit Auto ist trotzdem alles super leicht und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und immer für einen da! Es gab nichts auszusetzen und ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

Villa Falcon is a beautiful, well furnished and modern place set in stunning scenery. Having the use of the pool, hot tub and sauna makes this the perfect place to relax. You are short drive away from the centre of split which you can find lovely restaurants. The owner of the villa is amazing, very helpful and informative of the area, very quick to respond regarding queries and she couldn’t have done enough for us. Had and amazing time and would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and can heartily recommend this house. The Falcon Villa is in excellent condition and extremely clean. From the terrace you have a great view over the mountains. There is a small mini-market in the village for small purchases, for larger purchases you have to drive a little further. Anika & her family are great hosts and accompanied our stay with loving gestures. We especially enjoyed an evening in Lydia's restaurant recommended by Ankica. The food and location were excellent (at reasonable prices) and Lydia was a great hostess! Thank you for a great holiday!

Agency was brilliant to book with and extremely helpful, villa was exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. The host and her lovely family, who lives right beside the villa was very accommodating and provided loads of information. The location was far from split centre (30 min Uber, 45 min bus) but the bus stop is 60 meters away. Overall a good experience yet would have preferred a bit more privacy. Ideal for family holidays and surpasses expectations

Samen met 4 vriendinnen verbleven wij als eerste in deze prachtige villa! Het verblijf was super netjes en schoon en mochten wij een vraag hebben konden de host contacten! Wij hebben een super week gehad en konden ons geen beter verblijf en host wensen. Alles wat je je kan inbeelden had deze villa. Op 25 minuten afstand zit je in het centrum van split. Echt een aanrader. <3
