Villa Big Blue is located in the upper part of Podstrana village, among other villas that will put you in a relaxed Dalmatian mindset, hearing nothing but crickets and surrounded by shades of green and blue. It is located on a private 600 sqm plot, with 200 sqm of usable space spread over two floors. It is situated only 8km from the famous town of Split, with many historical attractions well worth visiting, only 1.3 km from a crystal-clear pebble beach in Podstrana, a minimarket at 650m, and 1.5 km from restaurants. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a masseuse, and grocery delivery to the property (not included; all can be arranged before or during your stay)

* Outdoors (pool level) offers a private and heated pool 8m x 4m with a fully automated salt electrolysis system (Chlorine-Free system). You have amazing views of the Adriatic sea, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, outdoor table tennis, an outdoor shower, a lounge corner for relaxing in the sunset views, a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue (direct approach to the kitchen and living room), and a pool bar with A/C, a TV, and table soccer.
NOTE: The pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather and seasonal conditions. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
* The ground floor (pool level) offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a glass door toward the pool, and an outdoor dining area. A living room with a flat-screen TV, A/C, and a comfortable sofa. A Bedroom No. 1 with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, and an exit toward the outdoor sundeck and pool area. There is a separate toilet, as well as a washing machine with ironing amenities.
* The first floor (parking level) offers Bedroom No2 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and an approach to the terrace with outdoor furniture and amazing sea and pool views (this terrace is shared with Bedroom No3). A Bedroom No3 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and an approach to the terrace (shared with Bedroom No2). Bedroom No. 4 with two single beds 2 x 90cm x 200cm and air-conditioning. There is also a family bathroom with a shower (for Bedrooms No 3 and No. 4).

Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (30 km), seaport (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8 km), and the motorway (18 km), golf and tennis courts only 4km from the villa.
