Villa Aria

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa Aria. Le cadre était idéal et reposant avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Les équipements mis à disposition sont nombreux, il y a tout le nécessaire pour un grand groupe (cuisine, vaisselle, literie, serviettes, etc.). La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient chauffés, nous en avons profité chaque jour. Des magasins à proximité permettent de faire les courses assez facilement. L'accès à la villa en voiture était cependant assez compliqué car la route indiquée par le GPS est encore en travaux. Il existe un autre itinéraire plus accessible mais cependant assez étroit (il faut manœuvrer avec la voiture). Kristina a été très réactive pour nous accueillir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa, qui a entièrement répondu à nos attentes.

Villa Aria was absolutely stunning inside and out, it was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. It was very roomy even with 10 of us. It was in a very peaceful location you didn’t hear a sound at night. The views were breathtaking from every angle and the sunsets were stunning. Kristina the host was lovely. We had problems with the hot tub heating up and hot water in the Villa but she rectified it promptly. He had a Chef come in one evening to cook for us. He brought along a waiter who also cleared everything up so we didn’t have to lift a finger! The food was excellent we cannot praise him enough. We had a fantastic stay with the whole family in a beautiful villa. Everything was fine. Nice view, nice pool and a perfect poolhouse with outdoor kitchen and BBQ!

Villa Aria definitely lived up to the pictures, the views were stunning and it felt very central to both Split and Trogir which we loved. We visited as a family with 4 young children / babies and it was equipped with everything we needed and more. The road was a little tricky for some cars to get up whilst it is under construction but as soon as we directed our Taxis to the opposite end of the road for an alternative route we didn’t have any problems. The host couldn’t do enough for us and popped in often to check if everything was ok and that we had everything we needed. Thank you for such a great stay we would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful villa! This villa itself is absolutely stunning, and has an incredible view out over the water and surrounding landscape. Everything was super new and well maintained, bedrooms really comfortable and with an amazing wrap around terrace. Although a bit of a steep walk, could walk down to the coast in about 20-25 minutes to beach / bars / restaurants, and was pretty easy to get ubers from nearby into Split or other towns. Pool was amazing - has steps along two sides which was great for sitting in, and loungers for the whole group. Great gym / games garage room, and tons of kitchen space. A few areas for improvement include having some more general essentials in the house such as pool/beach towels, basic seasoning (eg. salt and pepper) and cooking oils, things like this. Another thing it would have been great to know about in advance is that the road that Google maps will tell you to take up to the villa is almost undriveable - it is extremely steep and loose stone, and in a regular manual car it took 4 attempts to get up when only 1 person was in the car, and ubers refused to go up the road. There is a better way but it is still not a brilliant road, so instructions around the route to take and the condition of the road would have been very helpful so we could prepare and get a more appropriate car type and take the better route. It would also have been good to know in advance about the people who would come to maintain the pool / hot tub, as we got a bit of a shock the first time someone just walked in! Something to be aware of is also that the pool area is open so anyone could walk in from the road (although it's not a busy area so we didn't experience this). But overall we loved the villa and would be really happy to stay again as it's so beautiful and there's so much space for a big group.

Really Lovely Villa with amazing views of the sea. beautiful pool and a fully fitted outdoor kitchen and all spotlessly clean, and in a very good place , with several supermarkets and shops close by. My family all loved their stay here. and the Owner is easy to contact should you need to ask anything. What more do you want. we would recommend it to anyone.

Our first impression of the house was just wow! Our group of 11 stayed here during mid June. From the moment of booking the agent was helpful and attentive, with suggestions of activities and services. On arrival the owner greeted us and were always available throughout our stay if we needed her. The villa itself was perfect for us, with gorgeous views, really luxurious throughout, the pool was lovely and warm, and hot tub so relaxing. There were multiple places to sit and relax and lots of different cooking facilities and equipment to self cater. The rooms were large and comfortable, each with its own bathroom. We had a great stay, and visited a lot of beautiful places around Split, Trogir and the Islands. We would love to come back, thanks for a great stay.

Just wow! Our group of 10 ladies stayed at the end of May to celebrate our big birthday! From the moment of booking the agent was helpful and attentive, with suggestions of activities and services. On arrival the owner greeted us and was on hand throughout our stay if we needed her. The villa itself was perfect, gorgeous views, really luxurious throughout, the pool is lovely and warm, and hot tub so relaxing. There were multiple places to sit and relax and lots of different cooking facilities and equipment to self cater. You would need a taxi or car to get to the supermarket unless you use the shopping delivery service like we did. The bedrooms were really well proportioned with double beds, but single duvets, so perfect for sharing and each with own bathroom. The icing on the cake, we hired a chef to come and cook our birthday meal. He prepared, served and cleaned up, the food was amazing, with lots of choice. We would highly recommend chef martin for a special occasion at this villa. He also has a restaurant in Split. Overall, we had a fantastic time, hoping to return again some time, we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to others

Villa Aria, is located on a perfect spot. Very nice view and perfect Villa Aria, is a very beautiful villa. With a fantastic and friendly host. The communication went very well. The house is fully equipped. We stayed with 9 friends in the house and nobody was short of anything. It has a fantastic view. The outside kitchen is a nice place to sit in the evening and all bathrooms and bedrooms are well equipped. It is located just a bit on top of a mountain so walking to the village is quite easy. But going up is quite a climb. Fortunately, there are plenty of Ubers around to make trips. We rented a van as a group to do our shopping and take day trips. Split center is a 20 min ride, Trogir around 15 min Split airport also around 15 min. We would definitely come back to relax with the group. Thanks for the hospitality.

This house and hair do not disappoint. The house is amazing, everything inside has been done to such a high quality, the beds are comfortable, it’s so spacious (we were 8 adults and 2 kids and it never felt crowded) and it’s in a wonderful location. The host is kind, friendly and accommodating. On our first day she allowed us to check in early, even drove us to a local shop to pick up shopping and made a delicious desert for my family to enjoy in our final evening. We’re already planning on returning to this home - would 110% recommend

Excellent house!

Villa Aria is fantastic and I would highly recommend a stay here. Kristina the host is very welcoming and friendly. The outdoor cooking and dining area is great, including a large bbq. The views from the pool are beautiful. The villa is a little far from Split centre, but Taxis and Uber’s can be ordered fairly easily

VILLA ARIA - A FABULOUS STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME Our multigenerational family (17 – 92 years) of 12 spent a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. It is modern, spacious, clean and well equipped – you will enjoy this home away home in the glorious sunshine and with lovely views of the SEA. Villa Aria is in an elevated location and offers privacy and superb views of the sea and the surrounding area. It is also close to Split Airport (15minutes or so) and close to town where there are several large supermarkets to choose from (Lidl, Plodine & Konzum) It is also not far from the picturesque town of Trogir and about 30 mins from the city centre of Split. Our host, Kristina and her family, were simply wonderful – very warm and hospitable and attentive to every request which they tried their best to accommodate efficiently. Large open space living, dining and kitchen area makes for a great communal space. Large dining table which extends and seats 12. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Basics such as hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc are provided and makes life so much less complicated to have these essentials to hand. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge that will then accommodate 12 people 1 Bedroom is on the ground floor with its own bathroom and a separate cloakroom too. The adjacent garage houses some gym equipment, table tennis and darts which was used quite a lot. The access from the front of the house is flat and suited my parents who have restricted mobility and the ground floor bedroom was ideal. There are 3 steps to the living room area that then fronts the lovely swimming pool. Although not totally wheelchair accessible given the elevation of the property, we managed with other able-bodied help – However, this may be a consideration for others as no other ‘ramp’ is available. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs and can be used as doubles and/or beds separated to provide twin accommodation. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, 3 with walk-in showers and 1 with a bathtub with overhead shower. Every room is air conditioned (including hallway) and has a large TV. Rooms are very comfortable and again essentials such as hand soap and toilet paper are provided as well as bath towels and facecloths There is also an airconditioned outdoor kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer and cooker. The space can be closed or opened up to allow for complete al fresco dining – this has a long table and benches. Parking outside comfortably for 2 – 3 cars. The pool and jacuzzi were also enjoyed and well maintained. Sun loungers are available and there is also an outdoor shower. This space could do with some more comfortable seating for those who don’t wish to swim/sunbathe and just relax. We highly recommend this villa and you can be assured that Kristina will do everything possible to make your stay a memorable one. Enjoy!

An outstanding property. From the outset our host was warm and welcoming and she was on hand to answer any questions promptly. The standard of accommodation throughout was exceptional, with great bathrooms, very comfortable large beds and exceptional kitchen facilities. The views from the pool and hot tub were great and the outside kitchen area is a superbly equipped addition. Moreover, the villa is very well located for access to places of interest, with Split Airport , Split and Trogir all very close. Overall, couldn’t have asked for more - would recommend very strongly.
