All offered is exclusively for your use, with panoramic views on sea and town Split, private 31square meter pool, gym, traditional barbecue with covered outdoor dining area, 6 bedrooms, 2 living and dining areas both with fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor area offers a fully equipped gym, table tennis, swimming pool 3,7 m*8,5 m with 8 deck chairs, BBQ with covered outdoor dining area, also comfortable lounge area next to living room.

First floor offers: Modern living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (air conditioned), with two covered terraces where you can enjoy amazing views on town Split and sea, Bedroom No3 with king size bed, Bedroom No 4 with 2 single beds, Bedroom No 5 with 1 single bed, Bedroom No 6 with 1 single bed, Family bathroom with shower, and Family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Ground floor and first floor are connected with internal steps.
The whole property is perfectly organized for the comfortable stay for bigger families or group of friends where you have a lot of space to enjoy your stay all together and have fun, but then again several different spots to enjoy your favorite book without any disturbance.
Outdoor dining area is very comfortable so whole group can really enjoy in absolute privacy while enjoying perfect barbecue.
Nearby you have a lot of different activities you can try, such as riding a horse, wind surfing on sea, boat tours to island Brač, rafting on Cetina river in Omiš, there is also a small golf court and tennis courts (hard court and clay) 10 min with car…and many other things to do in this area.
