The outdoor area of 3000 sqm offers a private and heated, 5m x 10m swimming pool with a spacious sun deck area, 10 sun deck chairs, and an outdoor shower. There is also an artificial grass Tennis Court, a Wooden Playhouse with a slide for your youngest, and a basketball net. 5 steps upstairs will take you to a covered outdoor dining area for 12 people with a barbecue (next to living and dining area at the ground floor level).
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining and living area (with exit to the outdoor dining area and pool area). Bedroom No1 with king-size bed (200x210 cm that can be separated for 2), a sofa bed (90x200). Bedroom No2 with king-size bed (200x210cm) and en-suite Bathroom No1 with shower.
