Luxury Villa Marijeta

Just got back from a 7 night stay in a group of 10. Villa was extremely clean with lots of facilities to keep us busy. The hosts put us in a group chat where we could ask them about anything and they would respond almost instantly. Overall, we were very happy with the villa, the location and the host. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in August, the house was fantastic, very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed - the space inside the property was great for our group especially with the 2 levels, open plan areas and the basement games area - the bonus features for us were the big pool and tennis court which the whole family enjoyed - we had a lovely stay and fully recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Marijeta. The hosts went above and beyond to get us an early check in, they were so kind and really helpful when it came to needing a couple of things for the villa and for recommendations. We were a big group (6 adults, 6 kids and an infant) and the villa was a perfect fit. The only downfall to it, is that is situated right on the edge of an industrial estate. If you looked one way you saw a beautiful mountain and the other way was the industrial estate. If you are looking for a villa holiday, I would say this villa and the area it is in, is perfect! As it’s right next to a couple supermarkets. However, if you are looking to stay in more of a rural area with beautiful surroundings and want to explore Croatia without having to drive too far I would look for another. Overall though, our stay was wonderful and the villa was so amazing, and the hosts were so lovely.

A wonderful property, perfectly designed for families of all ages. We had 12 guests at one point and on sunny days everybody was well catered for around the pool and on the one rainy day we had, the villa swallowed up the guests with the multiple entertainment options available. Our hosts were exceptional, which isn't always the case with villa rental (even high-end). Thank you for looking after us so well, we'll be back!!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa with our group of 10. It was exactly as described, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool area was especially lovely and became one of our favorite spots to relax. The villa is a bit outside the city, but we didn’t mind since we knew it was about a 20-minute taxi ride to Split. We also really enjoyed spending time at the villa itself, it was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed 10 days at Villa Marijeta and the whole family had a good time and enjoyed the facilities in the villa. The host for the villa was very service minded and with prompt answers to our questions and wishes so its easy for us to recommend Villa Marijeta for a holiday in Croatia!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. It had everything you could ask for. The facilities were brilliant and we hope to return again maybe next year.

The host was very nice and showed us the house and explained how everything worked in the house. We were a group that like to do active things and the tennis court, pool table, table tennis table and swimming pool were very nice. In addition, the kitchens were very spacious and everything you needed was there. The house was very clean and we had a really nice week in the house.

This is an excellent villa with loads of space for bigger groups. We were two families of 4 and the children all had individual double rooms and separate bathrooms. The pool is a great size and the other activities including tennis, table tennis, pool table and playground are in excellent condition. The villa was about a 30 minute drive to central Split which is beautiful and has great restaurants. Thanks to the hosts for being so hospitable and friendly!

We were 7 adults and 5 children (15, 11, 9 and 6) from Estonia and stayed 1 week at Villa Marijeta. It was our first time in Croatia. Our stay was perfect. Hosts are very welcoming. The villa has a modern, beautiful and lots of space. 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and several bathrooms. Beautiful gardens, pool, tenniscourt etc, and also great gameroom for all ages. When there was rain we had enough activities inside :) The pool was heated and nice! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Marijeta! We would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you Ana and Josip!

What not to love about this house? The Villa is huge and super super super clean. Beds are comfortable with crispy white sheets. Everything you can wish for is available, even beach towels. You can play some tennis, bbq, or do some games in the cellar: we loved it!!!

Amazing villa with a nice host, they really want to help you having a good stay! The house is amazing and a good location near by a grocery store.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Marijeta. The villa was beautiful; clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The facilities were also fantastic and we enjoyed the pool, tennis court, playground and games room. We travelled with 3 families of 4 and it was the perfect size with 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and several bathrooms. The hosts, Ana and Josip were very responsive and helpful and provided a really warm welcome and great recommendations. We all hired cars which were needed as there isn’t really anything in walking distance. There are a couple of big supermarkets a few mins drive away. Split/ Trogir and beaches around 30-40 mins drive. Overall a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. Thank you Ana and Josip!

Amazing house in the greater Split area. Brandnew house built to the highest quality with all imaginable amenities. Private pool, tennis court, fitness room and all kinds of toys (pool table, pingpong, etc.). The owner/manager is not only highly professional, but also super kind and helpful! Bottom line, we highly recommend this property!

It was an amazing place to stay with outstanding facilities. We were welcomed by Ana and felt very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. The pool and tennis court combination phenomenal and we used them every day. We had 3 generations staying here together and all had a blast. We would definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Marijeta! The villa has a modern beautiful finish, and lots of space. Beautiful gardens, pool, tenniscourt etc, and also great gameroom for all ages. Nice to be able to pick squash, paprika, tomatoes and cucumbers from the villas own vegetablegarden. The overall feel is private, despite a few industries nearby. Everyone enjoyed being able to take the bikes to the stores :) Thank you for quick respons when questions, and great service! Amazing memories made!

Our party of 12 had an amazing time at the villa. The villa itself was really clean and had excellent facilities throughout and was better than the pictures showed. The location was perfect with amazing views of the mountains, shops about 2 minutes drive away or 10 minute cycle with the bikes that come with the villa. We visited Split a few times when we there with the journey only being 20-25 minutes away it was very easy to get to. Josip and Ana were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for us. From a week prior to us arriving they made sure we had everything we needed with recommendations and information about the area. The villa is amazing and made our holiday perfect. We would 100% stay there again if we find ourselves returning to Split.

Wir waren 12 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder und alle waren einfach total begeistert von der Villa. Wir haben oft einfach nur am Pool gechillt oder Tennis gespielt. An Tagen an denen nicht so gutes Wetter war haben wir den Hobbyraum im Untergeschoss genutzt. Es sieht wirklich genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und ist in echt sogar noch schöner. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind alle super schön und sauber und wir hatten auf der Terrasse genug Platz um jeden Tag zusammen zu frühstücken. Die Villa ist in einem Industriegebiet, weshalb man unbedingt ein Auto braucht. Wir waren oft in Split weil es eine schöne Stadt ist und gut erreichbar mit dem Auto . Wir würden diese Villa immer wieder buchen.

Wow !! Wow wow What can i say 😍 the pictures do not do this villa any favours it looks amazing BUT in real life it is INSANE it is so so big! The hosts were amazing amazing english couldn't of done anymore to help us ! The house has EVERYTHING you need from bikes to kitchen utensils to games there is nothing more you could want !! You need more then week to do it all We had the most amazing time and will be back Dan

We had a great time in the accommodation. The house has everything you need. Everything looked like in the photos. We were 10 adults and came for a boot camp, so the tennis and basketball courts were very convenient. The hosts were always available and always helpful. We can definitely recommend. Thanks for the great time!

We visited Split in early-mid April. The villa is about 20 min drive from Split old town and 30 min from the airport. It is very easy to find. Anna and her brother have been a great host. The place was really spacious, clean and had a really good selection of leisure and entertainment. Swimming pool was great. When we visited, the weather wasn’t great and unsettled. Some good sun, some rain and temperature being 8-18 ‘c, yet during the daytime, we managed to use the heated pool, which was great for kids. Little bit chill but once you are in the pool, it was ok. Basement had table tennis, pool table, darts, TV, PS4, some fitness equipment which we used everyday in the evening, giving children good hours of entertainment, keeping them off smartphones and ipads! We had a couple of electricity issues but Anna and her brother was extremely responsive, resolving issues within a couple of hours, despite it being during the Easter weekend! All in all, we had a great time! Fantastic place!

A very nice modern villa with all the amenities you could hope for. Pretty easy to get ubers / drive to the nearby cities. I would recommend to anyone looking for a villa focused holiday.

We were group of 11 person staying for a week, everything was perfect! You did not need to leave the villa except to go to the store, the pool was heated and nice! When there was rain we had enough activities inside. If we had any questions they were answered right away. Everything was even nicer then the photo showed. We will definitely return! I highly recommend to go and enjoy this amazing place.

I‘ve booked the Villa Marijeta for 3 nights (for my friends and me). We were very surprised that the villa was so well equipped - kitchen stuff, bath towels for in and outside, cellar with billiard and tennis table, darts and more. At first I was afraid that the villa is just for families but if you want to have a good time with friends, I can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for the nice days! :)

Thank you to Ana and family for a wonderful 7 day stay at Villa Marijeta ! The accommodation was spotless , modern , spacious , all mod cons , the most comfortable beds , & anything we needed for our young children was kindly offered / provided including buggy/ bed Rails , baby monitors ! The pool was divine and we spent most evenings on the veranda using the bbq and excellent kitchen / facilities ! We didn’t want to come home and can’t wait to stay again ! The villa is a a short drive to Split & has many supermarkets / malls on its doorsteps , The local Tommy / Lidl is a few minutes by car . On our last evening we booked a chef ( recommended In the welcome package ) to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary ! His name was Martin and he arrived with helper with a Pre organised menu & the food was out of This world & bonus 4 guests the dishes etc were all taken care off& very reasonably priced ! Thanks again for a fantastic stay ! Ana was very accommodating and let us check in slightly earlier than advertised and we cannot fault this beautiful home ! Cannot recommend highly enough ! Prompt fantastic introduction and explanation, beautiful house in a convenient location. If you’re looking for luxury in the Split area and don’t mind a 10-15 minute commute to get to the main hubs I highly recommend staying here.

We (10 adults + 3 children) had a very pleasant time at the villa. The entire interior as well as the very well equipped kitchen seemed to be new. The hosts have been enormously kind and fulfilled all of our wishes. This is a perfect house for families and groups.

The location of this villa is excellent. It's about 15 minutes from Split and outside all the noise. It's located in a semi industrial area which means you'll have no complaints making noise into the night. Phenomenal hosts who will help you along every step of the way. All in all we are super pleased with our stay and Croatia is just amazing. Looking forward to coming again.

We were 8 adults and 4 children (16, 13, 1 and 4 m) from Germany and stayed 2 weeks at Villa Marijeta. It was our first time in Croatia. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Well-furnished, very clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, games room and washing machine, pool and gardens are very well maintained, Not to forget the vegetable garden, tennis court and playground. Ana & her family was super quick on communications, extremely helpful, well organised and friendly. There was really nothing to criticize. No doubt a five star recommendation, for groups of friends or families like us. We had a great time at Villa Marijeta. Many thanks to Ana and Josip for making our stay so memorable.

Absolutely stunning villa. This is exactly what we wanted, you never have to leave if you don’t want to! We had such a great time, the hosts are so helpful and are quick to respond to any questions. Fully recommend to anyone wanting somewhere nice to relax and have fun with friends/family. I would recommend to anyone booking this villa to hire a car or use Toni the taxi driver who is so friendly and happy to pick us up at all hours of the day!
