Villa S&A

This place, honestly I don’t think I can really put in to words how incredible it was. From the communication from Luce (the owner), to our most incredible welcome, to everyday and night feeling super special. The Villa itself had everything and more, the hosts went out their way, most incurable welcome, lots of fresh local fruit, wine, beer and a fabulous platter of meats and cheese. Everything just felt perfect, we had no issues with anything in the Villa, absolutely spotless with plenty to make the stay feel like it was home. In terms of location, it’s private, you have other apartments around but due to the time of year we stayed (late September) most were empty. You need a car to get about to other towns/villages but very well situated got Markaska and Split. But Mimice was walkable, a nice walk down, uphill back but it wasn’t overly bad. A few local restaurants and Mimice beach was lovely. This place is a must, it made the latter part of holiday feel special. Perfect sunset villa Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay. You made the entire process smooth and easy. Your kind generosity for our arrival was something we were blown away with. It’s definitely a home away from home and that’s all down to how you manage it.

Es war wunderschön! Es passt einfach alles: Aussicht, Ausstattung, Lage, Feeling usw. Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus! Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch in Mimice selbst. Ein Laden, auch Pizzerias und Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin hatte für uns eine Käse-Schinken-Platte vorbereitet. Wunderschöner, großer und sauberer Pool. Alles war Perfekt! Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

We stayed at Villa S&A in early July as a family of six, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa is absolutely beautiful and extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is simply stunning — perched in a peaceful hillside setting with breathtaking views, truly relaxing and away from any hussle and bussle. You do need a car to make the most of the area, as it's quite remote. We did take a taxi into Omis one evening (about a 25–30 minute drive), but it would be too expensive to do that regularly. The drives around that area are very scenic, and having a car gave us the freedom to explore many of the beautiful small beaches nearby, as well as enjoy day trips to Split and Trogir. We also walked down to the beach one day — easy on the way down — but the walk back up is very steep, so just something to be aware of. Luce recommended a number of local restaurants to us which were all gorgeous and gave us the opportunity to try different fish dishes. We ate in Omis too which has a great variety of restaurants. It does get very busy though. Overall, Villa S&A was the perfect base for us, and we’d definitely recommend it to families or groups looking to enjoy the beauty of the Dalmatian coast.

A wonderful house with wonderful owners. Only a short drive from great beaches and nice little restaurants. The pool is really big and the view is just stunning. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was so beautiful and well constructed, and the views were breathtaking from every room. We had everything we needed for our holiday, and more. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are few nice restaurants nearby, and small supermarket as well. The honey shop 300m is definitely a must! The owners were super friendly and welcoming. They gave us some great tips on where to go and what to see. It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely house for families. Very children friendly. The view is amazing. A very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely recommend! The host is very nice as well :)

Fantastisch huis, schoon, prachtig uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer aardige gastheer en vrouw. Eerste avond kwamen we rond etenstijd aan en de koelkast was al gevuld voor de avond zodat je niet eerst boodschappen hoefde te doen. Aan alles wordt gedacht en mag alles gebruiken. Kregen zelfs een afscheidscadeau. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.

Beautiful villa with fabulous views. Local supermarket nearby. Local village and beaches. But also beautiful Borka beach close by. The villa was incredibly well equipped and comfortable. The owners/hosts were quick and responsive to any queries and were extremely welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful villa, which has been built and equipped with the most durable and expensive materials. And the views are just spectacular from every room in the house! Everything you need to enjoy your holiday, and much more, is available. Also extra credit to the owners: we had a VERY warm welcome. All in all it has been an amazing experience. We recommend!

We had an amazing time at Villa S&A, it was even better than the pictures!! The communication leading up to our arrival was excellent and the welcome we received from our hosts was brilliant. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and Luce kept in touch and provided advice and recommendations throughout our stay. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped and the views across to Brac were breathtaking. For us the location was perfect, the location was quiet, walking distance to supermarket and beach (the hill kept us fit!) and there were walking trails up into the mountains behind the villa. We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning kept the villa nice and cool throughout. Within 15 mins drive were loads of activities, we enjoyed paddle boarding, chartering a yacht and speedboat, zip lining, canyoning, white water rafting, cycling and kayaking. For our family, it made for an unforgettable holiday.

"The villa was very clean and well equipped. There was enough space for six people. The swimming pool was wonderful and the scenery was wonderful. Within walking distance were a grocery store, a few restaurants and a beautiful beach. The bus stop was also within walking distance. The owner's reception at the villa was very warm with welcome treats. Contact it was easy with the owner. We spent a wonderful week at Mimice!"

Beautiful Villa S&A in stunning Mimice! Villa S&A was wonderful, exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable with outstanding views. The kids (10 & 8) loved the heated pool and trampoline. The hosts Alex and Luce were helpful and responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. Mimice is beautiful, a gorgeous stony beach and village with a few restaurants, and only a 15 min ( and stunning) drive to Omis!

That was our best stay ever. contact and response with the owners is immedietly. Cooking equipment is more than enough for 3-4 people at the same time. heated pool and grill is another advantage. everything was clean and well prepared. we recived lot of beach towels and normal towels. view from pool is awesome. 10min walk to shop. we didnt have any problem with broken glasses which have been broken accidentally during our stay. there were nothing i could complain. i will keep in mind this place for my trip in future. For our check our they gave US delicous chocolates and wine. We are young group and we didnt burn this house 😂 i can trully recommend this owner! „Everything was well prepared, super clean, and enough additional equipment. IT was our best stay we have ever been!”

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin, die sich bei Problemen (Sonnenschirme am Pool waren defekt) sofort gekümmert hat. Hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr netter Empfang (Kühlschrank bereits mit Getränken und Schinken/Käseplatte gefüllt). Verabschiedung zeitlich etwas konfus, aber auch hier sehr herzlich (Abschiedsgeschenke). Durch die ausgesetzte Lage am Hang sehr windanfällig, Störgeräusche beim Einschlafen könnten Empfindsame stören (wir gewöhnten uns dran). Unterhalb des Hauses ca. 100 m wird ein neues Haus gebaut (auf Fotos nicht sichtbar), Rohbau steht, dürfte aber auch künftig nichts an der Uneinsehbarkeit des Poolbereichs mit Terrasse ändern. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage mit tollen Blicken und einigen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (Omis, Split, Brac, Cetina Schlucht). Praktisch keine Mücken und nur wenige Wespen.

The booking was easy and the owner was very nice. The Villa was perfectly cleand and very good equipped. We had a very nice stay.

Die Villa erfüllt alle Kriterien im höchsten Maße! Getränke, Obst und kalte Snacks ermöglichen ein entspanntes Ankommen. Alles sehr sauber, modern und super organisiert. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind traumhaft!!

This villa is absolutely incredible. We had an amazing stay. We were greeted by the lovely agent looking after the home who took us around the villa and gave helpful information. The villa was clean, comfortable and the views were brilliant. We had everything we needed for our stay as the kitchen was so well equipped. You are close by to a supermarket and there are some lovely restaurants down by Mimice harbour. It is a bit of a trek to get down to the beach, but there is a walkable path down to avoid going along the roads. Upon checkout the host came to say goodbye and gave us some really lovely thoughtful gifts which was lovely. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Croatia! Thank you so much for a fab holiday! We absolutely loved it here! You were incredibly helpful with checking in and sending over information about the area. Everything was perfect and the treats left for us were a really nice touch. Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip!

"Villa Evelyn was great and exactly as promised in the pictures. The villa is perfectly equipped, there is nothing missing and everything you could need on vacation is there. The rooms are smartly furnished and everything is in order. All bedrooms have their own cooling devices, and in addition, the living areas downstairs have their own coolers. The villa was really clean both inside and out. The host couple was there to welcome us and they were really friendly and did everything they could to make us comfortable. A lovely welcome package with fruit and wine was waiting for us at the villa. There are two small beaches in Mimice, where at least we had a great time. There are also a few good restaurants and there is one grocery store in the village with a reasonable selection. Larger shops can be found in Omis. The views are amazing and the sea is bright blue and clean. An absolutely great vacation spot in every way and Evelyn was a great villa where the whole family enjoyed themselves."

"A lovely villa in a small, quiet village. A couple of beaches, restaurants and a shop can be found within walking distance. There is also a hiking trail to the slopes at an altitude of 612 meters nearby. The views are amazing! The host family is friendly and very helpful. We felt very welcome. Communication with them was easy and effortless. The villa is wonderful! High-quality in every way. From all floors of the villa you can admire the wonderful sea view."

We had a fantastic week staying at this villa. It has everything you need and is in a great location to explore the surrounding towns. The views were spectacular and it is in a nice quiet area off the main road with no other properties overlooking any of the outdoor areas. Most importantly the host was wonderful. She showed us round the property on arrival and was very attentive throughout our stay (for example on one day we had no hot water, she kindly drove from Split to resolve this on a national holiday!). She also suggested places to eat and visit which was really useful. We would highly recommend staying here and wish we could have stayed for longer!

Es war großartig, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und das Haus ist wunderschön mit einem fantastischen Meerblick. Es war wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und nett. Wir hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen auch die Ausstattung der Küche war hervorragend, es gab sogar einen Caipirinha Stößel 😉

Nádherná villa se skvělým zázemím. Vše promyšlené. Interiér je ve velice příjemných barvách a je zařízeno na 100%. Se sebou není třeba brát absolutně nic (sprchové gely, šampony, osušky, vše do kuchyně). Úchvatný výhled na moře a přírodu. Krasne posezení na terase u bazénu. Klimatizace je v každém pokoji. Pobyt muže být krásný jak pro par tak i pro rodinu s dětmi). A musím ocenit pomoc a ochotu majitelů. Jsou naprosto skvěle lidé!
