Luxusvilla Nitia

I would like to highly recommend Villa Nitia in Duće-Omis. My family and I (6adults) stayed at the villa on the last week of September. It looked amazing in the photos but it far exceeded our expectations. The standard was exceptional and the quality of everything was first class. The owners were very helpful and on hand with any questions. Five stars.

Had a fantastic week at Villa Nitia with my family. Beautifully finished and spotlessly clean - couldn't have picked a better place for our holiday. Hosts were great, couldn't ask for anymore!

This is a truly amazing place and we loved every minute of our stay. The photos are all accurate - it is a beautiful villa with a truly spectacular view. We loved exploring the area and coming back to a perfect home base. The kitchen is very well-stocked to cook meals, which we did several nights. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great amenities. The location was perfect for us. We wanted to stay somewhere outside the crowded tourist areas and this was perfect for that. Omis is wonderful. There are great restaurants and a lot of activities available. The hosts were incredible. Nikolina was always prompt with a response and offered great suggestions of things to do.

Just returned from two beautiful weeks in this stunning villa. Nikolina, Tino & Ante were so welcoming to us, met us on arrival to show us around, left us a lovely welcome package & nothing was too much trouble during our entire stay. The villa is wonderfully finished to a very high standard, very clean & spacious. Our son made use of the well equipped gym & PS5 & the sauna was fabulous. Just had a week in this Villa. Absolutely lovely place. Amazing views, nice pool area, and brilliant location. You can walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything from the owners.

We stayed here for a week in June as an adult extended family of 9. The villa is beautifully finished to a very high spec and provides plenty of space. The views are spectacular over the Adriatic and are a joy to behold with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We used the ample swimming pool every day and the gym was also used regularly. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic to enjoy family meals. We highly recommend staying here in this beautiful part of Croatia.

Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy We have been holidaying as a group of friends for the last 25 years and this is the best villa we have ever rented. It is a truly stunning building finished to an extraordinarily high standard . No expense has been spared on the fittings and finishes and the facilities in every single room are amazing. The gym is fitted out with top end equipment, there's a sauna and jacuzzi and laundry room. The location up the hill gives stunning views of the sea and the island of Brac and Omis is a lovely old town only minutes away. And two really good restaurants a 5 minute walk away. The outside dining facilities, pool and sun deck are all amazing. And most importantly our hosts - Nikolina and her son were so warm and welcoming and met us at the villa and showed us around. They provided a welcome package with everything we needed for our first night's stay and also a digital guide to the local area. And we also had our own little vegetable patch where we could help ourselves to tomatoes etc. Everything was so thoroughly thought through. I cannot recommend this villa enough, it was truly outstanding.

We spent a week in the glorious Villa Nitia. Everything was superb. The villa is immaculate, the furnishings luxurious and all the bedrooms and bathrooms beautifully appointed. We had not expected a fully fitted gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi as well as the inviting horizon pool. .Our hosts Nikolina, and Ante were so welcoming, even leaving us a food parcel for our arrival. We cannot recommend the villa highly enough. Location wise it is 3k from the charming town of Omis, 5 minutes walk to two lovely local restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Thank you to our lovely hosts for a very memorable stay in your beautiful villa.

Wow wow wow the photographs really didn’t do villaNitia justice we were 6 adults and a toddler and the space and quality was exceptional. We made use of every facility and the heated pool was the icing on the cake. Also great location to visit other places. We went down to the beach and our grandson loved the shallow sea and sandy beach. Ownerson hand if anything needed. Maybe gates at top and bottom on outer staircases just to make it a little more childfriendly. We would recommend this beautiful villa.

Der Check in war Mega! Die Einheit war Mega! Alles hat gepasst. Ein kurze spontane Buchung hat auch geklappt. Die Eigentümer sind Mega nett und hilfreich. Wir sind dankbar die kennengelernt zu haben. Die Unterkunft ist schöner als auf den Bildern! Ist jedenfalls ein Besuch wert!!

Wow, wow, wow—what more can we say? We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Nitia! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We have to start with the views, which were simply breathtaking. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, giving it a truly luxurious feel. The kitchen was brilliantly equipped with everything anyone could ever need to prepare meals, and the outdoor kitchen had plenty of seating, perfect for dining al fresco. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even left us a lovely welcome basket filled with local treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. On top of that, they went above and beyond by picking us up from the supermarket! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept soundly every night. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we left feeling completely rejuvenated. We highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Tout d'abord, la maison est vraiment très belle et très haut de gamme : très bien équipée, propreté irréprochable, de beaux espaces et une vue incroyable ! Elle est située en fin de rue : pas de passage de voitures et aucun vis à vis. Nikolina et sa famille sont en plus des hôtes très attentifs au bien être de leurs invités, elle a répondu très rapidement à toutes les questions que nous avons posées (sur le fonctionnement de la maison mais aussi des conseils pour bien profiter des environs). En conclusion un excellent séjour en famille (nous étions 7) dans cette très belle villa parfaitement conforme aux photos !

We spent a wonderful week in the Villa Nitia. Everything was perfect : equipments, cleaning, home video with PS5…Spectacular view to the see from all the rooms . Very quiet. The Villa Nitia is brand new and the decoration is very beautiful. The owners Nikolina, Tino and Ante are very nice, reactive and available . We recommend really this villa for unique holidays

We booked a family vacation at this amazing property in July. We were greeted the first evening by the family who left us a welcome basket with some local delicacies and wine. There was water in the fridge as well as beer and juices. The villa turned out to be even nicer than on the video which had already really inspired us! Everything was super clean, new, the beds were comfortable and the views breathtaking. The A/C and WiFi (for remote work) were terrific. The swimming pool was the cherry on top of the cake and we made daily use of it. We also went to the beach (very close to the property) and rented a boat for a day as well as Chef Martin to cook for us one evening. It is located only minutes away from the charming little town of Omis and 45 minutes by car from the airport in Split. Grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants also were very close. Everything had a wonderful local charm, and felt very authentic. We recommend this villa most highly, it is perfect in every way and the hosts were very responsive to any issue we had. We would definitely like to come back soon! Thank you to Nikolina and family for a fabulous stay in your gorgeous architect villa with only the best in terms of furniture, kitchen appliances, bedding and beautiful endless pool! This villa is amazing - it has everything you need, the decor and layout would suit anyone. The views are out of this world and perfectly framed by all the strategically placed windows. The facilities are pristine and everything you need is there. Nikolina was an extremely gracious and responsive host ready to help with anything we needed. The level of luxury was exquisite, from a wonderful infinity pool to a relaxing sauna to a bbq dinner sitting among the stars and phenomenal view. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

The house was truly great for a family or a larger group of friends. All amenities could be found there, and the house was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay without any complications at all. The house was located in a smaller village which made it very peaceful, it was easy and quick to get to a bigger city such as Split. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here!
