Villa and location
Newly built Villa Mirage offers a comfortable and functional stay for a family holiday. The villa has 234 sqm of interior space on a 960 sqm fenced plot and includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room, garage, private swimming pool, sun deck and covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbecue.
Villa Mirage is located in the lively and vibrant village of Tugare, where an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere meets the convenience of local amenities. A minimarket, bar and pizzeria are all just 100 m from the property. The villa overlooks the village centre and a nearby outdoor children’s playground. The area sometimes has local happenings during the summer.
The Mediterranean town of Omiš, its famous sandy beach and the Cetina River are approximately 8 km away. Split is 19 km away, around a 25-minute drive to the centre. The nearest highway entrance is in Blato na Cetini, 21 km away.
The whole property is fenced. There are 4 parking places on the private plot, including 1 garage place.
Outdoors
The private heated swimming pool measures 3.6 m × 10 m and has a shallow part for your youngest, also a night cover and hydromassage.
The spacious sun deck has 8 deck chairs and sun umbrellas, plus a Balinese daybed for two. There are also 2 deck chairs on the master bedroom balcony.
The covered outdoor dining area has a traditional barbecue, a very cozy summer kitchen area and a small fridge and the dining table seats 8 people. In front of the kitchen, a covered lounge corner provides a place to relax.
For more outdoor fun, there is table tennis and table football. A children’s playground with an artificial grassplot is a few steps down from the pool area. It is fully fenced, has toys and a trampoline, and offers space and equipment for mini football, volleyball and badminton. There is also a public playground 50m away (football and bocci ball)
Ground floor
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including an ice maker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and Nespresso capsule coffee maker. There is also a kitchen island and a dining table for 8 people.
The air-conditioned living room has free Wi-Fi, a TV, Netflix and a PS4. Glass doors open towards the pool area. The ground floor also has a family bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing appliances.
First floor: bedrooms and bathrooms
All four bedrooms are on the first floor. Each has a king-size bed measuring 180 cm × 200 cm and air conditioning.
Bedroom No. 1 — 19.7 sqm: King-size bed measuring 180 cm × 200 cm, TV, air conditioning, pool views and an en-suite bathroom measuring 5.6 sqm, with a bathtub. The master bedroom also has a balcony with 2 deck chairs.
Bedroom No. 2 — 15.4 sqm: King-size bed measuring 180 cm × 200 cm, air conditioning, pool views and an en-suite bathroom measuring 6.3 sqm, with a shower.
Bedroom No. 3 — 10.8 sqm: King-size bed measuring 180 cm × 200 cm and air conditioning.
Bedroom No. 4 — 10.8 sqm: King-size bed measuring 180 cm × 200 cm, TV and air conditioning.
Bedrooms No. 3 and No. 4 share a family bathroom measuring 5.7 sqm, with a shower.
Omiš, the Cetina River and Split
The Omiš area and Cetina River gorge, approximately 8 km from the villa, offer many sports and outdoor activities. You can try the zip-line above the Cetina River canyon, white-water rafting—which is not too rough—free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, cycling and much more.
Omiš is approximately 8 km from the property and has plenty to see and do. Visit the old Croatian church of Sveti Petar (St. Peter), which is of cultural importance, and explore the small streets of the old town. Mirabela Fortress, approximately 7 km away, offers views of Omiš and the Cetina River.
Omiš also has many restaurants and bars, an open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, a butchery, a fish market, and sandy and pebble beaches with very clear sea. The town is around a 10-minute drive from the property.
The famous town of Split is 19 km away, or around a 25-minute drive to the centre. It is of cultural importance and has many restaurants and interesting places to visit. Split is lively during the day and in the evening, making it a must-see place.

Upon arrival, the owner will provide useful information about places to visit and recommend restaurants. The nearest recommended restaurant is Konoba Palacio in Naklice, 3 km away. The owner can also share information about boat rentals and Adriatic trips to the islands of Brač or Hvar, and help arrange dinner orders or an in-villa body massage.
