This house is nestled on the hillside only 2 km far from the sea with an amazing view of the Dinara and Biokovo mountains, the Adriatic Sea, and Brač Island. If you like walking, it takes only one hour to reach the nearest top of the hill called Saint Vid. You can also enjoy your time cycling and discover nearby villages. If you just want to relax on the most beautiful beach in this area, the Pebble Beach Artina, you can get there in just a few minutes by car. The nearest town Omiš is only 8 kilometers away. Omiš represents an amazing combination of mountains, the Cetina river, the Adriatic sea, glorious history, and friendly people. We recommend visiting medieval fortresses Mirabela and Fortica which offers a unique view of Omis. If you are interested in exploring underwater, you can book a diving class or semi-submarine trip where you can enjoy all the scenery and wildlife above and below the waves as you cruise in complete safety. If you prefer adrenalin sports there is a range of options: free climbing, rafting, zip line, kite windsurfing, and many others. On the other hand, you can take a bit of rest and enjoy local specialties in one of the taverns, or you can visit Radmanove Mlinice in Cetina canyon and have a meal in a relaxing atmosphere listening to the sound of the river. You can also use this opportunity to explore the area by the tourist train or boat which operates a few times a day. Besides amazing nature and a range of activities offered, Omis is famous because of its history. If you have a chance, visit the Pirate battle performance and Festival of Dalmatian Klapa (traditional a capella singing). If you want to feel the buzz of a large city, it takes only 25 min by car to reach Split, the second largest Croatian city. Split is well known because of its Diocletian palace. The Palace is built between the late 3rd and the early 4th centuries A.D and is under the protection of UNESCO.
