Luxury Villa Ivan

Eine phantastische Villa in großartiger Lage mit unglaublich serviceorientierten und freundlichen Vermietern. Auf Kosten des Hauses gingen zum Empfang eine dalmatinische Wurst-und Käseplatte, Willkommensgetränke sowie sogar eine Bootsfahrt zur Insel Brac. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick aus allen Zimmern ist fantastisch. Wir haben direkt für das neue Jahr gebucht, danke für die schönen Tage an Ante und Irvana

Villa Ivan is really a great villa. In a quiet place in Omiš in front of the sea and next to the beach. It’s easy to go to the center of Omiš and to enjoy beaches of the rivera as well as Cetina river where we did a great tour of canyoning. The Villa is great with beautiful spaces, sea view from all the rooms. The outside is great also with gardens and swimming pool. Fitness room PS 5 and tennis table are a great plus tôt Enjoy even more. Ivana and Ante have been great from the beginning till the end, very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this villa !

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Ivan for a week. The villa itself is gorgeous could not fault anything. The owner has really thought of everything in this luxury villa. The swimming pool and outside area was fabulous and the sea view was amazing. We only had to cross the road to have an early morning swim in the sea every day and the restaurant which is also across the road was absolutely wonderful. A very special and unspoiled place to visit. Fantastic sea view with great food. The bikes which where provided with this villa was great, My husband and I would cycle into Omis every day for a look around this was only a 10 min cycle from the villa. Also we had a wonderful day visiting the island of Brac on a boat once again a wonderful touch by the villa owner. Thank you again we truly had a magical stay here at Villa Ivan. Would highly recommend.

Es war perfekt, ich komme gern wieder! Villa ist einfach nur Luxus pur! Es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Der Besitzer ist super nett und jede Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Stunning villa, really close to a few lovely local restaurants and the beach, and only a 10 minute drive to the Old Town of Omis which was just beautiful. Villa has everything you need and is finished to an extremely high standard. The only slight negative was the building project next door which wasn't shown on the listing, and does impact the view, but other than that, a perfect stay. Thank you

Highly recommend Villa Ivan. Ante was very helpful and we used a lot of the recommended services from FerieHome too. Big shout out to the chef Martin who cooked two amazing meals for us, what a treat! We also had Barbara for manicures and she was excellent and had a wonderful sailing day with Kruno (as well as the one Ante provided as part of the rental on a speed boat). The Villa is in a wonderful position outside Omis but with a great restaurant just next door (Zvizdan) and pebble beaches. You can also walk to watersports. We walked into Omis a lot - it takes 30mins and here there is a huge selection of restaurants and activities (zip line was great). The villa itself is well equipped (kitchen quite small if you intend to do lots of cooking) - perfect for our group. Bedrooms and bathrooms all beautifully decorated and very clean. Living space great with inside/outside options and a table tennis table which we spent a lot of time using. Lovely local wine on arrival. Thanks all!

It was a really nice stay, like we've expected. The villa has a very good position, near a small and nice beach, not crowded, and is very good for relaxation. It has all the facility you need. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Defenetely we will recommend it to our friends.

I’m not used to write reviews, so it will be not so big, but I really want to thank to owners for hospitality and range of services which were provided (support in bank question while renting a yacht, bicycles at villa, gym, etc), see is only 50 meters from home, nice view, quiet location, modern bedrooms and villa in general! I do recommend.

Our stay was excellent. Everything there is modern and super clean. The host left there the plate with cheese and prsut as first greeting. It was very nice from him. We also really enjoyed our boat trip. He took us to nice places in Bol and we could have a lunch there. The villa is close to Omiš center - cca 15 minutes by walk along the coast. There is a lot of restaurants and shopping stands. We bought on fish market fresh fishes and grilled them on the outside grill in villa. We spent there really great holiday.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in Omis. Wir haben die Ruhe in der fantastischen Villa Ivan mit dem herrlichen Ausblick in vollen Zügen genossen. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere und luxuriöse Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die zu Fuß gut erreichbare Strandpromenade in Omis mit dem wunderschönen Bergpanorama lud uns immer wieder zum Spaziergang ein. Danke, lieber Ante und liebe Mirjana, für die Gastfreundschaft und die liebevolle Betreuung. Die letzten 12 Tage bleiben unvergesslich für uns.

Tolles Ferienhaus. Sauber, zentral, mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Vermittlungagentur sehr hilfsbereit und souverän. Vermieter steht einem jederzeit zur Verfügung.
