Villa Hill spreads over 220 sqm of living area fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, settled on a private fenced 725sqm property.
*The outdoor offers a private and heated swimming pool 8m x 4m with hydro-massage, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs and an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with a covered dining area with a barbecue. The part of the sun deck area is shaded with added curtains for additional privacy. There is also outdoor table tennis next to the sun deck area.
* The ground floor (pool level) offers a fully air-conditioned, open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Villa Hill is located near small town of Omiš and the Cetina river (2 km away) that offers many sandy and pebble beaches, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina River or to island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea which is very inviting. The famous town Split is only a half-hour drive (25km) and is a “must-see” place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets.
The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away from the famous town Split with its great history of the town Trogir 45min away, and up to a 1.5-hour drive to visit the beautiful Krka waterfalls, Skradin. The nearest airport is SPU Split`s airport (38km). Also, you can do various sports at the beach, and experience a well-organized active holiday like windsurfing, sailing, and diving, you can even try riding horses only 18 km away with the Enquino club (Podstrana) …and many more. Due to the vicinity of the town Split, all traffic communications are near (around a half-hour drive): the airport (35 km), seaport (25 km), bus station for international traffic (25 km), railway station (25 km), and the motorway (35 km), golf and tennis courts only 18km far from the villa.
