We are a group of 8 Senior Canadians who arrived late at night after our flight had been delayed. After a few unsuccessful attempts in finding the villa, ( no fault of the villa) we managed to get in. The place was wonderful. We'll equipped for our group. We spent 8 nights in Villa Belevedere while exploring the Dalmation Coast. A 10/10 rating.

We were really happy with everything! The house had a grill, a fully stocked kitchen, towels, bath towels, extra bed linens, and all the essentials you could need. Even things like toilet paper, dish soap and sponges were provided which was a big plus—we really appreciated that.There was also a toilet outside near the pool. So all in all everything was fresh, clean, and beautiful. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We have holidayed in Croatia before, and had a great time; but nothing to match Villa Belvedere. The house and location were perfect. Omis is undoubtedly the best spot along this part of the coast. The villa has loads of space, is well equipped, and has full aircon (very important to us). Dino is there when you need him, but not otherwise. Thanks so much from us all

Very clean and well equipped both inside and outside. Comfortable bedrooms … decent wifi … the host Dino was very approachable and helpful and dealt promptly with any issues e had. The view is amazing across the Adriatic !!! A car is highly recommended and taxis were sometimes difficult to get late at night. Highly recommend !!!

WOW! The villa looked stunning online and it didn’t disappoint. We had a lovely welcome from Dino when we arrived; he gave us links to restaurants and a local taxi firm, both of which were used. The rooms were spacious, light and clean, all with electronic shutters for use during the day and AC units to try to keep the rooms cool for the night time. Beds were comfy and showers great. Safety deposit box available too for safe storage of valuables.Probably our favourite area had to be outside by the pool; with sunbeds and towels provided, plus an electric BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen under shaded cover providing shelter from the midday sun; it was all very well thought out. And of course the pool table in the basement was enjoyed too!Omiš is a beautiful town, the market square was very pretty, plenty of little market stalls, street food, shops and restaurants and the people are all really friendly.Activities we enjoyed were zip lining and a trek up to the Starigrad Fortress. If you have a car, the drive to Trogir and Zadar are well worth it; we also had an amazing boat trip from Split round the islands of Vis and Hvar, the blue caves and snorkelling at the blue lagoon.If we had to say anything slightly negative it would be having to navigate the narrow windy road to get up to the villa, but that’s a small price to pay for the little bit of paradise at the top. It’s a must go and we’d love to return one day, very highly recommended.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkinder in der Villa Belvedere. Das Haus ist einfach nur toll. Alles ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool wird alle paar Tage gesäubert und der Blick auf das Meer ist gigantisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und man kann ihn jederzeit per WhatsApp kontaktieren. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wow, what an absolutely incredible stay at a truly beautiful villa. We had an amazing time and honestly can’t recommend this villa highly enough!! The villa was stunning just like the photos- spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and fantastic facilities. Set in a peaceful location with stunning views. Dino was so friendly, welcoming and helpful with great local recommendations and always on hand to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable with a holiday to remember! We will definitely be back.

Incredible views, wonderful villa, excellent host
First time in Croatia and it has been a fabulous experience. The villa sits high on the hill over-looking Omis, the harbour, the sea and across to the island of Brac. We arrived a little earlier than the 4pm check-in as our host, Dino, was in contact during the day via WhatsApp and let us know exactly when the villa was ready. We found the villa in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The photos on the site are impressive, but dont really do the house or the view justice. The outdoor kitchen is exactly that - a fully appointed and equipped kitchen on the terrace by the pool. The terrace is large, with plenty of comfortable furniture. The games room is another highlight. (Just bring some PS4 games with you if you want to use the playstation!). Walking into Omis is a bit of a slog up and down a long, steep hill. So you absolutely need a car although Dino did provide a taxi number. Plenty to do in Omis and recommend a boat trip (just bring plenty of cash to pay for activities, although cards accepted everywhere else). In summary, cant recommend Croatia, its people, Villa Belvedere and its host highly enough. 5 Stars.

While on vacation at Villa Belvedere, I was completely relaxed. The contact with the owner was excellent, he constantly checked whether we were missing anything. Every corner of the house was clean. And the equipment… It's impossible, there was literally everything! And the view, beautiful. I recommend it to anyone who is wondering. Get it while it's available! ❤️

This was our first time in Croatia, it's a place I've been meaning to visit for a while. Villa Belvedere is on the outskirts of Omis, up a winding road, and offers the most amazing views of the coast. The Villa is perfectly appointed, and Dino is the perfect host. Dino built the villa himself and the attention to detail is amazing. Lovely swimming pool, very comfortable beds, and air conditioning that actually works. The bonus of the pool table was great for the kids and me :) Omis is a lovely little town, and has some great restaurants, especially in the streets behind the main road, were you don't get the road noise and there is a nice vibe. "For the spring trip, we chose a wonderful villa in a high place in Omis. The arrangements throughout the trip went excellently and the friendly villa owner lent a helping hand even before the trip to make sure we got the most out of our trip. The villa was wonderful and clean and the outside terrace area with the pool was the place where we spent the most part of the time. The location high on the slope almost requires renting a car. The area was quiet and not even the sounds of the city could be heard up to the villa. We would definitely visit the same villa again and we recommend it to others!

The villa was just stunning. It had great views, awesome interior and a great game room. The kitchen was equipped with more than enough dishes and everything was very clean. Dino, the owner, was very helpful and you could always contact him, if you needed something. Despite the windy weather in april we had a very nice holiday in thia house

Schon vor Beginn der Reise wurde man per WhatsApp vom Gastgeber Dino kontaktiert. Check in verlief super leicht ab. Bei jeglichen Problemen wurde sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Auch bei Fragen zur Umgebung oder Ausflügen kann man sich an Dino wenden und er kümmert sich um alles. Selten so einen freundlichen Gastgeber erlebt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Am Rand von Omis gelegen mit direkten Blick auf die Stadt und Meer. Super schöne und saubere Villa und Preis Leistung kaum schlagbar. Jederzeit wieder.

Fabulous Villa
This villa is simply stunning. We had absolutely everything we needed for our week here. The view is amazing and the pool and outside area is superb. There was 7 of us altogether and we had more than enough room. The games room downstairs is a massive bonus. We explored Split, took a boat trip to Brac island and loved the town and beach of Omis. The people are friendly and if you want a lovely meal then visit Pod Odrnom you will not be disappointed. The owner of the villa was in contact with us and we knew we could contact him at any time- but we didn’t need to. A fantastic half term break with the family. We would most definitely return.

Wir waren Ende Mai zu acht in diesem schönen Haus. Alles war sauber und neuwertig. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Stadt, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 30min mitten im Zentrum. Den Rückweg haben wir uns mit einer kurzen Taxifahrt einfach gemacht. Das Wetter war super, wir haben uns nur auf der großen Terrasse aufgehalten und konnten den Pool zur Abkühlung oft nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable à la Villa Belvédère.
La villa offre tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires à un séjour en famille ou entre amis, avec une mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée avec une vue époustouflante pour la mer, l'île de Brac et les montagnes environnantes. On ne s'en lasse jamais !!
On espère pouvoir y retourner très rapidement.

Wir können die Villa Belvedere nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Reservierung über Maja von Feriehome lief reibungslos, der Empfang durch den Gastgeber Dino war sehr herzlich. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, ganz besonders hat uns die Aussenküche und der Gasgrill auf der Poolterrasse gefallen, wo wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Der Blick von der Terrasse übers Meer und Omiš ist sensationell.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten viel Platz. Der Partyraum lädt zu lustigen Abenden ein. Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Woche in der Villa Belveder.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Belvedere. Die Gastgeber waren toll, für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Bei der Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank bestückt. Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft, das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber . Auch die outdoor-Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr,Kühlschrank,Herd und Geschirrspüler. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Feriehome war auch super. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub trotz der Corona Krise in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht.
Alles war neu und wunderschön.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns überaus herzlich empfangen.
Der Blick über das Meer ist spektakulär. Wir konnten uns an den Sonnenuntergängen gar nicht satt sehen.
Unser Kids waren immer beschäftigt. Sei es in dem großen Pool oder beim Billiard spielen.
Vielleicht kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder!!!

Traumhaft trifft in allen Bereichen unseren Urlaub dieses Jahr in Omis in der Villa Belvedere. Ausblick/Lage - traumhaft, Ausstattung - traumhaft, Gastgeber Dino - traumhaft es war einfach alles perfekt.
Bei der Anreise erwartete uns unser Gastgeber mit kalten Getränken und auch einem Snack. Für den ersten Abend hatte er sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Wir waren sofort vom Ausblick überwältigt und die Kids landeten direkt im Pool. Aber auch das Haus und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einfach alles war vorhanden von Mixer bis zum Föhn, einfach alles. Dino stand uns für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung und ist super nett. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen den alle hatten ihren Spaß ob groß oder klein. Es ist definitiv alles so wie auf den Bildern. TOP
