Perfect facility management. Thank you very much for your kind support. The Villa is extraordinary cosy and luxurious.

Host was very friendly and helpful during the entire stay when we had questions. Everthing was as described and in very good condition. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. Villa was clean and nothing to complain. We loved the pool and jacuzzi.

In augustus 2023 hebben we een week verbleven in villa Bava. Het was een fantastische ervaring. We werden verwelkomd door de eigenares, er was vers fruit, gekoelde drank en een charcuterie / kaas schotel aanwezig. Dat was een zeer aangename verrassing. Het huis is prachtig en proper, alles is aanwezig. Het huis heeft een ideale ligging vlak aan het strand en dichtbij restaurants en beach bars. Er zijn zelfs twee restaurants naast het huis. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de chef aan huis, Martin Gubrisa. Zeker een aanrader. Je kan zelfs te voet naar Omis (ongeveer een half uur wandelafstand). Omis zelf vonden we een fijn stadje met tal van activiteiten. Kortom, we hebben een mooie tijd beleefd en we zouden zeker terugkomen naar deze villa. Een echte aanrader.

We had a wonderful family stay in this beautiful villa. It’s modern and well furnished with comfortable beds, good linens and great en-suites. The pool and hot tub area are great for relaxing with an amazing view of the sea and across to Brac. There is a great choice of restaurants very nearby and on the beach. The nearest town of Omis is beautiful and there’s lots of activities on the river. We have teens and had a great time white water rafting and zip lining. Salena and Luka were perfect and responsive hosts. We arrived to lots of home made treats which was a lovely welcome. Would highly recommend.

fabulous property, great location and lovely hosts

The Villa was perfect. It looked exactly like the photos & better. It was extremely clean & they were very accommodating. We had a masseuse come in called Valentina who was amazing and would highly recommend. We also had chef Martin come in and cook us a meal, which again was incredible. The location of the villa was great with a bar across the road & a restaurant a 1 minute walk away. There was also a place up the road called Peakara that done fresh bread and croissants which was great for the morning. I’d highly recommend this villa.

Our family of 8 loved spending the week together at this beautiful and comfortable home. It was spacious, nicely furnished, had a fully equipped kitchen and an excellent washer and dryer. The bed linens were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the area that the home was located in. Everything we needed, such as restaurants, bars, ice cream, sun lounger rentals and even a water park for the kids, was right in front of us on the beach. Thank you!

Sehr schöne und grosse Villa! Die Poolarea ist gross. Der Pool kühlt schön ab und der Whirlpool ist einfach super! Die Villa liegt direkt am Strand. Das WLAN funktioniert gut, in der Poolarea aber nicht mehr wirklich. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Property exactly like the pictures (if not better!). The host was incredible. Very responsive to any queries. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very comfortable and clean. Good location right opposite the beach and a 20-30 min walk into Omis. There was a supermarket 15 min walk away. We didn't have a car but this may be helpful for food shops. We had 10 people so was easy to do all together and carry back/get a taxi back (approx £7 one way). Jacuzzi and wood barbeque particular highlights.

We had a wonderful time staying at this incredible villa which lived up to our expectations! The villa was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed using the hot tub, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the cinema room. It took us around 40 mins to get in to Split and we found it easiest to order taxi’s through local companies rather than Uber, as we were a big group. Our host was very welcoming, friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better villa to stay in for our holiday!

Séjour parfait à la Villa Bava, le logement est magnifique, les équipements sont géniaux et conforme aux photos, tres bien située la Villa vous permet de visiter facilement les villes à proximité. L'accueil était parfait avec des plateaux apéritifs ainsi que de quoi déguster des spécialités locales en boisson. Nous avons passé un séjour genial entre amis. Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont un vrai plus pour se détendre apres une journée de visite.

Great location, quaint setup!

The house was excellent, better than the pictures showed. Located in front of a beautiful beach and with excellent options for restaurants and bars in walking distance. Lots of options for grocery in the range of 1-2 km. Impeccable cleaning, good quality of linen and towels. Also with a very special personal touch. Sani, the owner, welcome us with special treats and was super friendly. She cared about our arrival and made available some great local specialities and welcome drinks. She was always finding ways to make us feel comfortable and communication was clear and quick. We are looking forward our next visit to this property.

Eine wunderschöne Villa, top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und modern, der Strand nur über die Straße, sehr nette Vermieter, ein großes Willkommenspaket etc. Also ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!

What a beautiful villa. Stayed here with my family for my 30th birthday. I will never forget it! Spotlessly clean and even a snack platter and beers in the fridge upon arrival. Only checked out this morning and can't wait to come back! AMAZING!

We had a lovely week at villa Bava, everything was perfect, we were met by the lovely Sunny who showed us round the villa, they had left us some plates of nibbles to have that evening and later on in the week made us some lovely apple strudel. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you would want.

Séjour magnifique dans une maison superbe avec des propriétaires qui nous ont accueillis à merveille. Je recommande fortement. Sani a été très disponible et toujours à l'écoute. Son objectif est que les vacanciers soient heureux et ne manquent de rien.

Villa Bava is the perfect home away from home. We had an incredible stay. It is a few steps from the beach, a handful of restaurants and small shops, and a short taxi to Omis. The Villa truly is 5* with the heated jacuzzi and pool. The booking process and check in/out was smooth and Sani and the team could not have been more helpful. They were on hand for any questions we had, and replied quickly. We highly recommend Villa Bava and can’t wait to return!

A beautiful house and perfect location. Closeness to the beach and restaurants.

We couldn't fault our stay in this gorgeous villa. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms & en-suites were all brand new. The kitchen was large and perfectly equipped & the air con was very efficient throughout. The outside area and pool were lovely with great views over the sea. It's really close to little bars & restaurants and obviously the beach is a 30 second walk! The owner & her son were very friendly & helpful. The only thing we would have liked is to have the pool cleaned regularly as pine needles fell from a nearby tree all over the patio & into the hot tub & pool. We would've done this ourselves if there had been a net. Would definitely recommend this villa.

We stayed at the Villa for two weeks in June 2022. It was a family holiday for mine and my wife’s 50th birthday. My children and partners (all adults) came too. The Villa is outstanding and just as described. The location is great and whilst on a moderately busy road, is raised up and you don’t get much noise. It is right on the coast and about 15 metres from the beach which is stunning and has numerous beach bars/restaurants. The host Sanela, was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us! She gave us tips in terms of things to do and made us feel 100% welcome. The Villa is approx. 30 min walk to the centre of Omis. Quite simply a fantastic Villa with a beautiful location.

Villa Bava is a modern contemporary villa located in Duce, literally across the road from the beach, and within easy walking distance of a handful of delightful bars and restaurants (note that some are seasonal -- June--Sep) and about 2km from Omis. The villa is spacious and well equipped, and the host couldn't have been more accomodating.

Great location in omis , 20 mins walk from the main part and few minutes drive , easy to get to other parts in Croatia, Host was lovely ,amazing views of the other islands , great layout, would happily stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bava. The Villa itself was beautiful and even better than the pictures . We had a warm welcome from Ivana, one of the owners and her sons . We were blown away by Villa Bava, it was even better than the pictures . Beautifully designed, contemporary and spacious and met all of our needs as a family of six adults and two babies. Clean and new and with all the facilities you need. Unfortunately the pool was cold but Ivana did everything she could to try and put it right. I’m sure it’s now warm as the heating was fixed just before we left. Across the road from the villa is the beach with lots of little bars and places to eat along the promenade. Lovely beach club nearby called Shooko, set on a peninsula playing really cool music. Opposite the villa is a fast food shack, it didn’t look much but the food was great and all freshly cooked and the staff very friendly. Very handy if you just wanted something quick to take back to the villa. There was a small supermarket just five minutes walk in one direction and a large supermarket in the other, which we got a taxi to on the first day but actually it wasn’t that far and one day we walked it as it’s only just over a mile along the promenade. We would definitely come back to Villa Bava and would highly recommend it to anyone . Thank Ivana for being an exceptional host and your two lovely sons for being so respectful and helpful .

Amazing house, great hosts, beautiful area.... all in all just perfect!
