Villa Antares is a modern property nestled in Duće, only 120m from the most beautiful sandy beach in Duće, with great sea views from two bedrooms and living/dining/pool areas. You are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and other attractions.
The villa is modern and stylish, equipped with high-quality amenities and all a modern guest would need for a very comfortable stay, fully air-conditioned, and with free WiFi.
*The outdoor offers a private swimming pool 6.5m x 3.5m with a counter-current swimming program and a hydro-massage for relaxation. The spacious terrace offers 6 deck chairs and an alfresco lounge corner with an electric barbecue. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
*The ground floor with glass walls in the living and dining room perfectly frames the views for guests relaxing in the sitting area, gathering around the dining table for 8, or preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is connected to the outdoor area. There is also a Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm that can open into two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has views of the mountain and olive grove. A separate toilet and a facility room next to it.
* The lower ground floor is approached with an internal staircase and from the garage. It offers a room with a Pool table with a high stool table, and chairs for your evening entertainment. Next to it is a room with a Finnish sauna, a Multifunctional device, an Exercise bike, Orbitrek, a TV, and a shower.
*The first floor consists of Bedroom No. 2 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has views of the mountain and olive grove. Bedroom No. 3 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in closet, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture. Bedroom No. 4 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture. There is also a Media room, a multipurpose space that is outfitted with a large flat-screen television, a Soundbar, a PS4, a comfortable sofa (that can convert into a sofa-bed), and there are also toys for your youngest.
*Two parking places and one garage place are secured. Next to the garage is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and other needed appliances.
The perfect location of the villa, in the vicinity of Omiš (1.5km away) and Split (20km away), it is ideally positioned for exploring and sightseeing, enjoying activities like rafting/ canoeing/ zip-line or similar on the river Cetina or for a boat day tour to the island Brač. Upon arrival, your host will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a boat, and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting the island of Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, and book a body massage in the villa.
Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 25 years of age at the time of booking, in order to avoid youth groups. We reserve the right to refuse such a booking. The house rule is no parties or events, and no smoking.
