Villa Ana Stanići

We liked the villa a lot. With its 5 independent flats built in, it offers both privacy and community. Our big group also appreciated that it was isolated even though that means you need a car to go anywhere. And the pool, the view and the game basement are just amazing and so much fun! The only thing we really disliked was the owner. Unfortunately, Feriehome agency was great in all aspects but the owner of the Villa was extremely intrusive and cheap. He obviously cares more about making savings than offering his guests an enjoyable experience. He would come every day, enter our flat univited or in our absence and he would make daily comments to our group. There were a lot of things that needed fixing on the premises and took him a few days to fix. Also the private kitchens' equipments need to be reviewed and completed (frying pans were all completely scratched). It is also worth mentioning that there is no stove, nor dish washer in the big shared kitchen which makes cooking for 12 people complicated. Finally, these are all details we could have easily overlooked if only the owner had been nice and friendly.

Globalement intérieur moderne et bien équipé. Un seul des appartements dispose d un lave vaisselle et d’un four . Plage accessible en moins de 10 min en voiture très agréable . Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable

We absolutely loved our week in this very special villa, with individual apartments, all with stunning views of the coast and the Island of Brac. The balconies on the first and third floor are huge, accommodating meals around the table for 15 as we watched the sunset. Super comfy beds, and sofa beds, great showers and plenty of bedding and towels. The pool area is fabulous, lots of sunbeds and a shower, and deceptively quiet. The beaches below in Nemira are wonderful, with a couple of great, informal, restaurants for a beer and pizza at lunchtime, Aga was our favourite. Some of our party enjoyed the walk down to the beach, it only took 20 minutes. The owner visited on a couple of days to do some gardening and was so hospitable and friendly, although he didn't come in the house unless we had a query. The highlight of our week was an exclusive boat trip on a 110 year old wooden boat, skippered by a friend of the owner (we were a bit unsure as he turned up at the villa and offered us a day trip), but it was fantastic, we visited a small village on Brac and some isolated beaches and coves. We ate the freshest mackerel cooked over open coals and drank local wine sitting under vines in a cove on Brac before diving off the boat, it was just perfect. As a family group ranging from 1 year to 82 years we had the best family holiday, enjoying the spacious villa and the local amenities, Omis was fun to visit early evening, pretty medieval square and lanes, and has everything you need from supermarkets (albeit small with limited parking) to bakeries and ice cream parlours. We didn't get to do the zip wire or the white water rafting, but it's all very close by. A house exactly as in the description. Everything is correct. Host Josip is a great person. He helped me a lot for a car breakdown. Best wishes and see you again!
