Villa Almic offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a Video gaming room with PS4, and a multi-use playground court. There is also a summer kitchen with a covered dining area with a TV and BBQ, affording you space to relax and enjoy the perfect dining both in and out.
The villa is newly built, very luxurious, well-equipped, and comfortably large, accommodating up to 10 people in five bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and fully equipped with free Wi-Fi. A parking place for 3 cars is secured on the property, and the car is recommended. The villa is situated on a fenced 1.326 sq. meter plot.
*Spacious outdoor offers a private and heated 9 x 4,5m pool, a fully equipped summer kitchen with TV, fridge, barbecue, and dining area for 10 pax. Additionally, there is a large playground offering activities such as basketball, football, and volleyball. Next to it is a playground for younger members of your group, which offers a swing and a slide.
NOTE: The pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather and seasonal conditions. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
*The ground floor offers a very spacious and comfortable open-plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and pool views. The kitchen and dining room area have French doors opening to the pool area with an outdoor kitchen on the side. The living room is filled with sofas, a TV, and they are all fully air-conditioned. There is also a very popular Media room on the ground floor that has a comfy sofa (which can open into a bed for 2 pax), a huge TV and PS4, and a corner for the youngest with Lego cubes, a fun area for all ages. There is also a separate toilet.
*The first floor offers Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, and a balcony with mountain and pool views. Bedroom No2 with a double bed 160x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, and mountain views. Bedroom No3 with a king-size bed 180x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, and a balcony with mountain views. Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds 90x200cm, air-conditioned, and a balcony with mountain views. Bedroom No5 with 120x200cm bed with an additional 90x200cm bed (added as needed), a balcony with mountain pool views. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, next to it is a terrace with pool views.
Villa Almic is a very spacious accommodation that is perfect for bigger families or groups of friends who are seeking a modern place to stay in with a quiet environment but still close to all. Feel a real rural way of life, in a very peaceful and unspoiled environment with a great mountain landscape, very clear air where local people grow vegetables, fruit, and products like honey, jam, olive oil... which you can buy in the Neighborhood.
Villa ALMIC is settled in a small village, Naklice, only 7km from the sandy beach and town Omiš, within walking distance to a local restaurant, Palacio (200m). Omiš offers the best beaches (sandy and pebble), restaurants, and a lot of activities on the Cetina river (7km) like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, free climbing, and boat trips to the island Brač, and more. The famous town of Split, with great history, is only a 25-minute drive away (18km). You are located in a very quiet and unspoiled environment, but still very close to all you need for an unforgettable stay.
