Villa with heated 32m2 pool, adorable sea view, 300m from sandy beaches
Villa Allegra is a luxurious villa situated in a unique location. Situated on a hill with a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea, the house with Mediterranean flair is a place with a lot of opportunities for recreation. The sea and beautiful sandy beaches are only 300 m away from the villa, the house is surrounded by green nature and offers amazing sea views.
The living area is fully air-conditioned, bright, cozy, and equipped with high standards.
The ground floor level offers you a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and filter coffee maker...), and the TV area (with PlayStation5 and DVD) is an ideal retreat and leads directly to the spacious terrace with outdoor dining area with sea views, barbecue area as well as to the heated 32m2 swimming pool at a lower level with spacious sun deck area with 6 sun deck chairs. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom No.1 with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.2 with a double bed and terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.3 with 2 single beds; a family bathroom with shower is located at bedroom level.
There is a welcome buffet with Croatian prosciutto, cheese, snacks, wine, and drinks.
Access to all areas of the house is guaranteed at all times.
Parking spaces are available before the house entrance.
Ana and Goran Pekas are the landlords of the house and await you at all times and are at your disposal for any questions or concerns. The couple speaks German, Croatian, and English.
Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 25 years of age at the time of booking, in order to avoid youth groups. We reserve the right to refuse such a booking. The house rule is no parties or events, and no smoking.
