Villa Flora

Tolles Haus. Alles wie beschrieben. Obst stand für uns bereit sowie nützliche Utensilien wie Apres-Sun Lotion, Mückenspray, Batterien. Küche super ausgestattet, sogar Gewürze vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

De villa was pico bello in orde!

We absolutely loved the house and the quiet location! The pool was superb and Denis the host was great! He was very quick to respond and kindly let us check in early - he also offered lots of advice and sent us info on nearby places to eat/boat hire etc. The whole house was immaculate and plenty of room for us all. The ensuite bathrooms were a good size. It was a lovely, quiet area, a short drive to shops/restaurants. The built in bbq was great and was well used. The kids also loved the hot tub. We would happily return. The one downside was the lack of water pressure for the shower upstairs - but would not put me off booking it again (would happily go back tomorrow!)

Die Gastfreundschaft von Denis war top. Er unterstützte uns in allen Belangen. Das Haus ist wärmstens zu empfehlen, wunderbar in die Natur eingebettet und sonnig gelegen. Das Jaccuzzi war toll und das Pool ebenso. Danke für alles.

Wir haben vor Ort eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser besonderen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet und hat eine super Lage. Die Betten sind bequem und alles ist perfekt sauber.

Het huis van Denis in Gata is heel mooi. Alles voorzien, netjes, goede bedden, leuke jacuzzi en sauna (het zwembad was jammer genoeg nog te koud). prachtig uitzicht en streek. Denis is zeer behulpzaam als host. Aanrader!

As a group of 5 we had a really relaxing week in the spacious Villa Flora. So much to do in the area and we ran of time so will have to return soon! Denis was a very welcoming host and pointed us to some amazing places to eat in the local villages.

Très beau logement et conforme aux photos, la villa Flora mérite d'être vu. Il y a très beaux équipements et de quoi se divertir. L'hôte (Denis) est très réactif et donne des conseils pour les activités et restaurants autours.

My partner and I had a fantastic week in this villa, which is exactly as described online and very clean. The view is incredible and there are small grocery shops and good local restaurants in the immediate area. The owner was very friendly and did all he could to help us enjoy our stay. I would very much recommend this place and we will be returning in the future.

Beautiful house, in a very nice area. The house is modern equipped and has a lot of comfortable gimmicks like sauna, cinema place, whirlpool....and a really great land lord.

Wunderschöne Villa in herrlich ruhiger Lage. Ausstattung war, bis auf ein paar wenige Dinge, wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer hat stets einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern wieder und unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

It was absolutely splendid place with astonishing view to the see and top class facilities like pool, sauna, home cinema and jacuzi. The host was super friendly and shared a lot of useful information about interesting sites nearby. The Villa was very clean and fresh. Highly recommend to the families with kids. The only challenge was to find the place as it is located in the mountains where G-map is missing all small roads. Thank you host Denis! I would love to come back to your fantastic Villa and taste your house wine again!

Die Villa ist sehr gut, es entspricht alles den gezeigten Bildern auf der Homepage, toller großer und tiefer Pool!, viel Platz im Haus und top gepflegt. Entfernung nach Omis sind ca. 11 min. mit dem Auto. Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage, keine Nachbarn (2022) direkt.

Nice Villa! Friendly and uncomplicated host. Very Quiet location with an Amazing view. Great pool and the whirl pool Was also a Highlight. The accommodation was really modern and comfortable and everything was clean. Next small but beautiful City is omis with car 15 Minutes. Next big City is Split with car 45 Minutes. Next small Supermarket is with car 5 minutes and by feet difficult because the Street goes very steeply uphill. All in all wonderful place for a relaxing time with friends or Family.

Our stay at Villa Flora was immensely enjoyable from day one when we were greeted by Denis who spoke little English and we no Croatian but know matter between us we were able to understand the essentials. The villa was everything as advertised a immaculate building built into the hillside offering superb views over the small village of Gata and beyond to the sea off Omis the nearest large town some 15 minute interesting drive down the hill. The villa offered every home comfort, fully fitted kitchen, dinning area, large lounge with TV, all bedrooms with on suite wet rooms and toilet, a sauna with wet room and toilet, three of the four bedrooms had direct access to a balcony, a cinema room, all areas having air conditioning controlled by hand held remote controls. Outside another dinning table overlooking the pool which was accessed by steps rather than a ladder, a hot tub which can be lit in any colour and of course comfortable wooden sun beds. We were six, my wife and I in our seventies and our daughters with their husbands in their thirties, we liked peace and quiet, they liked activities like zip wires, white water rafting etc, all that can be found in Omis. We enjoyed sitting reading at night on the balcony, they went upstairs to the cinema and signed into our UK Netflix and watched films. the lighting in the cinema room is fantastic and you can have any colour you like, to say nothing of the reclining seats and surround sound. The Wi Fi and internet is fast and stable. If you are a MEAT eater the Kenobe Arja the nearest restaurant is a must, for the best experience give them a ring the day before, its a family business and your call will be taken by someone who speaks perfect English and you will be looked after by the son who also speaks good English. I could go on, we loved this place, it worked for us, the surrounding country side was lovely as are the Croatian people, we never saw one policeman or police car in seven days because we were told there is very little crime,

The Experience overall was very nice. The house is new and clean and has a very nice view. Its not far to a restaurant, shop and beaches.

Wir waren super zufrieden und können die Villa nur empfehlen. Die Villa war sauber und die Vermieter total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben sogar essen geliefert bekommen! Der Weg von der Hauptstraße bis zur Villa war leider nur total schlecht, hoffentlich wird das behoben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
