Fantastic villa in excellent condition. Super clean, well-appointed. Restaurants and sea just a few minutes walk.

We had such a wonderful week in Villa Mila as a family of 5. It is the most beautiful villa, with great amenities and the most stunning views. Marina is so friendly and helpful. Great to be able to walk to the beach and local restaurant and supermarket, with a longer walk to Omiš. For those with mobility issues, please be aware it is a very steep hill to the Villa, but that is also why the views are so amazing! Would highly recommend and would love to return.

Seven of us stayed at the beautiful Seaview Villa Mila. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect stay. The Ferie Home team were really responsive when looking for a villa for a family celebration, Marina, the villa host was so accommodating and the villa simply wonderful. We enjoyed the delicious food served by private chef Martin Grubisa while staying too, what a treat! The Villa is up a big steep hill, while walkable by those fit and able, I’d advise a car. Perfectly located to explore Omiš, Split and the islands! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience with Feriehome was. The level of service, responsiveness and attention to detail was unmatched. This was our first time booking a VRBO in Europe and it was perfect in every way. Not to mention the Villa was incredible, exactly as presented. We want to thank Petra for her attention to our reservation and questions and requests! You are the best.

This Villa is incredible. Newer home maybe 5 years old everything worked. Our hostess Marina was very responsive and helpful. Outstanding views. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Glad we did hot stay in Split great to visit but too crowded for me. Very quiet neighborhood. Neighboring town of Omiš has lots to do. Highly recommend this Villa. Also loved the dark out shades and cold AC! Actual house is even better than the pics!

Villa Mila was beautiful and just as in the photos except that there is now an attractive canopy over the terrace. This gave welcome shade to both sun and rain. Our hostess Marina was very welcoming. She had left us a delicious lunch platter and welcoming drinks. All the furnishings and fittings are top of the range. We lacked for nothing. The situation is amazing, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Omis. The views from every room were stunning.

We had the best time at this beautiful home. Perfect for large families or mid-sized groups. The home is very well appointed and the location great for access to beaches and Split. Would 100% come again. Marina was amazing too - everything felt covered.

Petra at Feriehome was very professional during the booking process and gave us all the information we needed prior to our arrival. What a wonderful villa!- every bit as good as the photos! Beautifully furnished, extremely well equipped and in a beautiful location - just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Marina was brilliant with advice and communication to make our stay so enjoyable. We could not fault anything! We hired a boat from Ivan at www.rentaboat-omis-duce.com which was a brilliant day out on the water (going to Hvar for lunch!) and hired a car through Carwiz at Split airport (discount for Feriehome guests) which was excellent. A brilliant family holiday - thank you Marina!

The villa was just about perfect for us. Comfortable and exceptionally clean. Walking in felt like home from the start. Wi-fi was amazing and the view from every window was inspiring. But what was truly amazing was the welcome provided by our host Marina. From providing many little treats in the way of food and drink to welcome us, to being very communicative and gracious when issues came up over which she had no control (neighbourhood construction and a city power outage) we were truly touched by her efforts to make our holiday the best it could be. That’s about the best a person can hope for when you’re walking in blind from overseas. Thank-you Marina! Also a shout out to the Feriehome agency for their quick and helpful communications with us. Their responsiveness was very much appreciated.

I hope this message finds you well. I apologize for not writing earlier, but it has been a hectic October for us. We wanted to share our experience of staying at Sean View Mila in Duce, Croatia for three weeks in September 2023. Over the past 40 years, we have rented numerous houses all around the world, and I must say that this house ranks among the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. When we initially arrived, we were a bit lost in the hillside streets and couldn't locate the house. Fortunately, Marina, the owner, came to our rescue and guided us to the property. The pictures of the house online are highly representative of its actual appearance. It's impeccably clean, bright, professionally decorated, and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. Marina kindly gave us a tour of the property, and to our surprise, we discovered an enormous platter of cheese, prosciutto, olives, nuts, grapes, and other essential items, which made for a warm and welcoming start to our stay. Marina's hospitality didn't stop there. During our visit, her mother prepared a delightful Croatian dessert for us, which was quickly devoured, along with a traditional Croatian hors d'oeuvres. Throughout the rest of our stay, we spent quality time with friends and family and explored many local restaurants and embarked on day trips to various parts of Croatia. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Marina for making our first, but certainly not our last, trip to Croatia an unforgettable experience. Once again, our sincerest apologies for the delay in reaching out with this review. We hope it conveys our deep appreciation for the wonderful stay we had at Sean View Mila and for Petra at FerieHome answering all my numerous questions. Patrick Bading .

What a fantastic Villa, really luxurious and tasteful decor, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Easily enough room for our group of two families of three. You will need to be comfortable driving/walking up a very steep hill to get there, but once you do it is worth for the absolutely amazing mountain and sea views. Communication with our host Marina was excellent as we were greeted on arrival, left a really nice welcome pack of things to eat and drink and even left a nice surprise mid-week. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

This beautiful villa is immaculate, and decorated throughout to a really high standard. It’s a spacious villa which we shared with another family and found it to be perfect size wise. The pool is a lovely size and has views of the sea. The covered terrace was a godsend in the summer heat and had the most amazing panoramic views which you never get tired of. The owner Marina met us when we arrived and kindly also gave us some food etc. she also left us her delicious homemade dessert during our 2nd week. The villa is at the top of a very steep hill but this is easily driveable and walkable and the views are worth the extra exercise. If you book this property you won’t be disappointed.

Seaview Villa Mila was everything we hoped for – and more. On arrival we were met by the owner herself, Marina, who is a friendly and helpful person. She had even filled the fridge with cold drinks, and on the kitchen bench she had prepared a nice big plate with cheese and meat for us to enjoy. The house itself, and the rest of the property, was spotlessly clean. Just down the hill you can find some nice cafes/restaurants right by the beautiful beach, in addition to a small food shop and a little bakery. The distance to the old town of Omis is pretty short, so it's no problem at all to walk. The outdoor area of the house is even better than in the photos, because the owner has removed the parasol and substituted it with a fixed installation which was much needed during the warm parts of the day. We would love to come back to Villa Mila, maybe already next year. Best regards, and five stars plus, from the Nordheim family!

This Villa is fabulous. Marina makes you feel welcome straight away and greeted us to hand over they keys, explain everything and provided us with a welcome platter and drinks. Location couldn’t be better for local beaches, bars and restaurants and the lovely town of Omis is only a 5 minute drive. We hope to come again next year.

What a perfect holiday villa! I can most definetly recommend Seaview Villa Mila in Ducé for everyone who enjoy amazing landscape, such as rising mountains and tourquise sea and sandy beaches. I could have stayed there more than one week. The first week in August was full of sunny, hot days. The villa was beautiful, modern and in my category Top 10. The host, Marina, was very warm and kind. Our son had his 10th birthday during our stay and Marina noticed that and bought a big chocolate cake for him! Priceless, can't put a price tag on that, he will remember it forever. The Villa was everything that was promised. Thank you, and we would love to come back again soon! A beautiful new villa, situated near the top of a fairly steep road but less than 5 minutes walk down to the beach. Very well equipped with top quality fittings and appliances. Air conditioning was excellent, it was needed during the 35C weather. Lovely pool and dining areas. Plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Great villa and location for a family holiday.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful villa in July 22. It is a fantastic spot with a stunning view......what you see on the pictures is exactly what you get! It is a high quality house, with a nice outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Being able to cooking outside in the summer evenings is a huge plus. If you want to dine out, there are a really great selection of bars and restaurants in the area, and at the beach close by. The owner is a extremely nice and helpful lady, so we can only FULLY recommend this house to everyone!

Seaview Villa Mila We were 6 adults and two small kids i.e. one and two year old. Our experience of two weeks holiday in July in Duce was very positive. The villa with 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and balcony and seaview was convenient for us. Everything was new and so clean. Kitchen was completely equipped and there were enough all plates, glasses etc. Terrace and kitchen there with dining table and seaview was very useful and nice. Swimming pool was big enough and cleaned every morning early before we woke up. The staff was very nice and easy to approach. Specially once more thanks for excellent dinner. Arrival reception was warm. We found we were very much welcome. Duce located close to Omis where were old town and many restaurants. Cetine river was also worth visiting by boat. The beach was so clean and low. Good for small kids. The place was not so crowded. Once more Thank You! We love Croatia!

Eine wundervolle moderne Villa die kaum mit Worten zu beschreiben ist. Die Lage, die Ausstattung und die traumhafte Aussicht waren mehr als grandios. Dazu kommt eine unglaublich tolle Gastgeberin. Dieser Urlaub war perfekt weil einfach alles mehr als gestimmt hat.

Villa Mila is beautiful with wonderful views of sea and mountains, it is fully equipped, furnished to a very high standard and exceptionally clean. The photos of Villa Mila are accurate, what you see is what you get it really is as perfect as the photos, plus lots of thoughtful extras that make your stay extra special, the heated pool was a big plus! Marina is the perfect host, she couldn’t have been more helpful and was fast to respond to any queries. The fridge was full of lovely food for our arrival and she also arranged pizzas for our first night, on our last night she provided a superb BBQ and a birthday cake for granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. The villa is at the top of a very steep hill so a car is a benefit but not essential, beach, several bars and restaurants at bottom of hill (250 meters) with others spread out along the main road. Nearest grocery shop was closed whilst we were there but there are 2 others about 15/20 mins walk along main road in both directions. Omis is a pretty little town about 30 mins walk or a short bus ride away and Split is about 45 mins on the bus. We had a wonderful time at Villa Mila and would highly recommend, definitely 5* Also, a big thank you to Petra from Feriehomes who was very helpful and always responded to my emails and queries quickly.

Villa Mila met all our hopes and expectations - it is a wonderful, stylish villa with amazing views from both the terrace as well as from the balconies by the bedrooms. Pool was nice and warm even during the colder days as we were not totally lucky with the weather. Villa suited us ideally as all couples had their own bedroom with private bathroom and access to the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped although not very big in size. Our big thanks to Marina, who is a superb host, always willing to help and make sure the guests enjoy their stay in her beautiful villa. We received really nice food ingredients on arrival, even attending to our daughter´s special diet and during Easter Marina brought us a Easter food plate - much appreciated by us. Lokal restaurant at the Duce beach was lively, but otherwise we walked/drove to Omis several times for food shopping and for dinner. Highly recommend to drive to the Krka national park to see the water falls.

We arrived to the beautiful villa in the afternoon. The fridge was full with food, water, beer, wine and bread on the bench. Just perfect. Marina was there to welcome us. The villa and the pool was perfect for us. The view from terrace was super. We could walk too the sandy beach in just 4 min. Every afternoon we walked to omis in just 40 min, perfect walk by the beach. During the stay our host Marina came with fresh fruit, roasted almond, cakes and a drink. What a service. We will recommend the villa. It’s perfect for 2 families with children ( should be over the age over 4-5), four couples or a trip with girlfriends. I would love too go back.

Booking via Feriehome worked without any problems. Response rate was very good. Villa Mila was absolutely stunning. You get what you see on the pictures. We enjoyed this place so much that we almost forgot to go to the beach or to do some sightseeing tours. Omis is a nice little town and Split and the wonderful town of Trogir are not far away. In Omis you can also book a lof of leisure activities, such as boat trips, canyoning and rafting on river Cetina, zip lining and more. Our host Marina was also just perfect. Very fast responses whenever we had a question and some nice and cute food surprises throughout our stay. We can clearly recommend this place.

We are two families with teenage kids and we stayed at Villa Mila for two weeks in August 2021. And we would love to share our experiences! Booking process: The booking was really easy, Petra was being super helpful and answered any question super quickly, 5 stars for her! Accomodation: In one word: amazing! The house is newly build, all of the rooms are tastefully furnished combined with a light coloured stone floor. The beds in the bedrooms are high class, very comfortable with lovely white linens. Huge windows give you the nicest view when you wake up, the balcony railings made out of glass give you the opportunity to see the blue sky and the ocean without getting up. Blue walls combined with different types of furniture make you feel so comfortable. The en suite bathrooms come in grey with an open shower and shiny wooden vanity tops, everything super clean and carefully built. Cozy white towels and robes make you feel like being in a five star hotel. The modern kitchen comes really super-well equipped, ice-maker in the fridge, different kitchen appliances, nothing you will miss! In the living room you will find a huge comfy sofa with TV and a dinner table for windy evenings. Additionaly a lovely custom made sidebord in deepest turquoise. This is all super great, but the outside is even more amazing. You have a lovely pool with a shower outside, nice sun loungers and several umbrellas. This comes together with huge towels provided by the host. The dining table offers space for 8 people, the huge umbrella protects you from the sun through the whole day without changing its position. The outdoor kitchen is lovely designed with stone elements, a BBQ, a sink and a fridge for drinks. Not to forget the TV and the cozy lightning. Additionally you will find a treadmill and a sauna next to another shower and bathroom downstairs! But what makes this place super lovely beside the luxurious building and the pool and of course the view is the host. Marina has such a talent to make you feel at home, everywhere in the house you can find candles, fresh flowers, cussions, lanterns, decoration objects. She is so warm and welcoming, you will never want to leave! Beside from being super helpful with recommendations concerning the area, we spend a lovely evening thanks to her cooking abilitys! Marina, it is not only your style you set up your house, it is you and your warm heart that made us feel so perfectly fine! HVALA! If I could I would give you 10 stars! Not to forget the area, if you don´t want to spend the whole day at your own pool, the beach is in walking distance. As well as a small supermarket for the little things and the bakery for breakfast. The shoco beach bar is a lovely place to hang out enjoying the sun set and the restaurants near by have good reviews. Omis is in walking distance, you can do sports activities, sightseeing and having lovely lunches and dinners. So in total we had a perfect accomodation with a perfect host, the area is supercool for some adventures like diving, rafting, quad etc., but just for relaxing as well. We would highly recommend to stay at Villa Mila if you want to have the best holiday ever!
