The property size is 350 sqm and is fully fenced (the Villa itself is 319sqm) is located nearby the small, Mediterranean town of Omiš and Cetina river (2 km far) that offers many sandy and pebble beach, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina River or to island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea which is very inviting. Famous town Split with its heritage and many historical attractions is only a half-hour drive (25km) and is a “must-see” place with a great old part of the center (Diocletian palace) and many cute restaurants and bars settled into the old narrow streets.
The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away like the previously mentioned famous town Split, or town Trogir 45min away, and up to a 1.5-hour drive to visit the beautiful Krka waterfalls, take the Skradin entrance. The nearest airport is SPU Split`s airport (40km) and the best highway exit is Dugopolje-Split 36km.
