Meerblick-Villa Calma

Had to book something last minute as our original villa cancelled on the day we were due to arrive. So the booking and check in process was amazing. The hosts were so responsive and very helpful. The villa was perfect, clean, spacious, modern and had everything we needed.

We had a great time in this beautiful villa! The villa is very well equipped and the views are spectacular! The location is great, right at the beach and close to shops and restaurants and just a short drive away from Omiš. The host was extremely helpful and flexible which made our trip even more comfortable.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this home is, and how much we enjoyed it. The view is spectacular, and the location for day trips perfect. We traveled to Plitvice Lakes, Split, and Trogir. Omis was a nice quaint town as well, and a quick 5 min drive. Our host provided anything we needed, including arranging a boat trip to the islands. That was a real highlight. I highly recommended Seaview Villa Calma.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Better Than the Photos! We stayed at this stunning villa with a beautiful view of the sea as a group of four couples and honestly, it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and spacious the place was – it’s even better than the photos! The location is fantastic – quiet and private, yet close to everything we needed: a beach, restaurants in Omis, and local attractions. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The villa itself is modern, stylishly decorated, and impeccably clean. Each couple had their own spacious room with plenty of privacy, and the shared spaces (especially the outdoor area and pool) were perfect for socializing and relaxing together. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. It’s also incredibly well-equipped – everything from the kitchen to the entertainment systems had clearly been thought through, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Special mention to our host, who was truly fantastic – friendly, helpful, and available whenever we had a question or needed recommendations. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience. We’ve all stayed in villas before, but this one stood out in every way. It’s a rare find, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

Simply perfect.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Calma. It is a beautiful villa in a stunning setting with lots of room for 9 of us. We loved the pool and decking area, the view from the top deck in the hot tub, the outside dining area and BBQ and the open plan living. The villa was beautifully clean and thoughtfully furnished and presented. We loved the garage parking and easy access to the amazing beaches. We also explored the old town in Split and the tiny streets of Omis and also took a boat up the river Cetina gorge - stunning scenery and definitely recommended. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Xxx

We had a fantastic holiday in a wonderful house with an incredibly beautiful view. The house is located right across from the beach, and the pool was perfect for both children and adults. We were six adults and three children, but the size of the house made it easy to accommodate everyone’s needs. The host, Zlatka, was very easy to communicate with. There are plenty of restaurants and small cafés along the beach. All in all, a fantastic house we would love to return to.

This location was great. There is a great beach across the street. several restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. tThe house is well equipped with everything one needs there including pool towels. There was enough space for everyone to have their own space and the media room was great for the kids to play videos and games in.

It was our first time using an Airbnb, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was well maintained, clean, newer, well designed, we couldn't think of anything else that we could have wanted. The area has so much to do and is truly beautiful. The distance to the beach is shorter than most resorts that we have stayed at. Excellent place to stay at.

Exceptionally great place for a visit to this area. Clean & tidy, spacious and a great location next to the sea and a few minutes from Omiš. Great host. Fantastic, clean and accessable villa within 30 mtrs of the beach. Lovely refreshing pool and and very comfortable decking area. Great position for all day sun. Roomy bedrooms for 8 adults and two children. Easy route to and from airport and close to local amenities for food shopping, eating out and visiting Omis, which is only a few minutes by car. We all thoughly recommend this beautiful villa and if we ever return to this part of Croatia we would have no hesitation of rebooking here.

We spent 6 nights at Villa Calma and had the most amazing stay. The location of the house is perfect, opposite the lovely beach and very close to a few nice restaurants and shops. The house itself was fantastic, beautifully decorated, lovely pool and terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. it had everything we needed and more. The communication from Zlatka was fantastic she couldn’t have done more to help us and quickly responded to all of our questions. Even arranging groceries for us for when we arrived. We would highly recommend staying here and will certainly be back in the future.

The house was simply amazing. Well equipped, and very clean with a big pool and big terraces. The beds were very comfortable. We loved every minute we spent at Villa Calma. No matter if it was a stormy, rainy or sunny day. All in all a wonderful house for a family vacation! Thank you Zlatka and Ferie Home Agency. 10+!

The location is great. Close to the sea and an excellent beach. You can walk to the beach bars. Close to Omiš. The villa has a fantastic view. She doesn't have a garden, but she doesn't miss it either. Parking spaces 2 in the garage and 2 outside.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Calma. Das Haus ist luxuriös ausgestattet und war genauso wie auf den Bildern, vielleicht sogar noch besser. Die Buchung über Feriehome lief unkompliziert und die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich nett. Die Lage in Ducé ist perfekt mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf's Meer. Leider haben die meisten Restaurants/Bars in der näheren Umgebung im Oktober geschlossen, aber in Omis selbst gibt es genügend Auswahl.

Mycket fint boende på en mycket vacker och trevlig plats. Värden mycket mycket mycket hjälpsam och trevlig.

Asunto oli moderni ja viihtyisä. Kalusteet olivat laadukkaat mm. sängyt erinomaisen hyvät nukkua. Astioita sekä keittiövälineitä oli riittävästi isollekin porukalle. Teranssialueet olivat isot ja käytännölliset, uima-allas sekä poreamme olivat mahtava lisä majoittumisen yhteydessä. Villassa toimi kaikki, niin kuin pitää toimia. Talon emäntä erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi heti kysymyksiin. Lomamme villassa oli oikein onnistunut🥰

We had a wonderful two week stay at Villa Calma! The house was beautiful and matched the pictures perfectly! It was located near lots of restaurants within walking distance and just a 5 min. drive to Omis. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and a delicious dinner made by Chef Martin. The host was communicative and pleasant to work with. We celebrated our sons 3rd birthday on this trip and the host surprised him with a gift. It was very thoughtful and made our stay truly special.

Wir waren vom 27. Juli bis 3. August 2024 in der Villa Calma. Gleich der erste Eindruck der Villa war fantastisch. Die Villa war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und man kann durchaus ein paar Züge schwimmen. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool, bei warmen Temperaturen auf der Dachterrasse im Whirlpool zu liegen und den Blick aufs Meer zu genießen ist unbezahlbar! Ebenso haben wir uns jeden Tag über kühles Wasser und Eiswürfel aus dem tollen modernen Gefrierschrank gefreut. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist perfekt und wir hatten alle viel Spaß beim Schnorcheln. Die Besitzerin Zlatka war sehr freundlich und stand uns zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ihr "Geheimtipp" das Restaurant Knez mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über Omis war ein kulinarisches Highlight. Unser Urlaub in der Villa Calma war unbeschreiblich schön und wir möchten nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen. Dankeschön liebe Zlatka!

This how was everything we wanted and more. We had a family of 9 stay here and it was perfect. It was a brief walk to the beach, 20 minutes to town, and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The views were amazing, the pool and hot tub were great, and we got a lot of us out of the outdoor table. The host was very responsive and insightful. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Wir wurden bereits vor unserer Anreise von Zlatka mit vielen Informationen rund um das Haus versorgt. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Anfragen die wir hatten wurden sehr schnell beantwortet :). Bei einem Problem kamen sie auch sehr schnell vorbei und lösten es. Das Haus selbst war für uns als Gruppe ein Traum, viel Platz und weil jedes Schlafzimmer auch noch ein eigenes Bad hat auch genügend Privatsphäre. Die Inneneinrichtung wirkte sehr wertig und harmonisch ausgesucht. Wir waren oft abends noch auf der Terasse und genossen die Aussicht in der Lounge oder im Whirlpool. Viele gute Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt sind sehr nahe und auch ans Meer muss man nur über die Strasse laufen :) - also alles so wie es beschrieben ist. Wir können das Haus und seine Gastgeber nur jedem Weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

This was a lovely villia , location great for family with beach, supermarket , eateries walkable . All rooms great couldn’t pick the best so no arguing 😁 Lovely clean with tasteful decor . 5 out 5 all round - thank you

Excellent villa, in great location, as described and of very high quality and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great, and we had everything we needed. We have just returned from a stay at Villa Calma. We were a family of 9 including grandparents, adults and children (11 & 14). It had something for everyone!The facilities are fantastic - the pool, the hot tub, the cinema room - we loved it all! The area is lovely for a quiet/relaxing and family holiday with a number of lovely beaches to choose from. The host could not have been more helpful - would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

My stay at Villa Calma was nothing short of amazing. The villa had air conditioning in every room, which was a lifesaver during the warm days. The swimming pool added a fantastic touch, and the property felt very private, making it a perfect retreat. The villa offered an abundance of space, with five generously sized rooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. This ensured everyone in our group had their own comfortable haven. Furthermore, it was equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located close to good restaurants, and the connection links to places like Omis and Split were excellent. Additionally, the host was very friendly and always available if anything went wrong, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Villa Calma. We couldn't find a single thing to dislike during our stay – it was simply perfect.

Wonderful home, great area. Zlatka was a very nice host. The home had everything we needed. Clean, new and modern. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Few meters away from a sandy beach. Restaurants and bars also a few meters away. Highly recommend.

Villa Calma is the most beautiful house we have ever been, absolutely all we can wish was there! We are very enthusiastic :) It is BRAND NEW! We were one of the first families who could have a chance to rent it. Location is perfect! Exceptionally sandy beach just after crossing the road. Perfectly planned house. Nobody can look inside the pool area, you can have a great time using the terrace and pool without having disturbing eyes. ALL 5 rooms have SEA VIEW! And mountain and city view, beautiful views day and night. Air condition everywhere. Our kids loved the pool - very exceptional almost coming inside the house, with an extra shower outside (very useful if you return dirty from the sandy beach). They appreciated the cool media room to play some video games. One of our favorites was the top floor heatable jacuzzi. Two garages. Great volumes in the house. Separate barbecue area with table behind. Big kitchen-living room opening to the pool and terrace. There is a washing mashine too. Omis and Split close with a variety of programs and adventures (rafting, boat tours, aqua park, Krka waterfall...) I can not imagine anything missing here to a great holiday time!
