Villa Granda Lokva is situated on a 1,000sqm fenced private property. It is an exceptionally exquisite and beautiful holiday home with 225 sqm of exquisitely decorated and absolutely spacious interior where you can notice style and comfort in the furniture and tradition in the stone details.There are five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and dining area, an expansive living area, and a large covered patio complete with a kitchen island, grill, outdoor dining set, and lounge. A gorgeous heated private pool with hydromassage and a covered lounging area is just a short distance below. Even the most demanding will discover their ideal location for a good book or a glass of wine overlooking the slopes, the sea and the island.

Villa Granda Lokva is situated 1,7 km above the Artina beach on the slopes. While staying in this truly unique property, the higher location offers breathtaking and expansive views of the sea as well as a very quiet environment perfect for your well-earned relaxing vacation. With everything mentioned above, a car is essential.
Enjoy everything that this pristine region of Lokva Rogoznica has to offer. Artina, the most beautiful beach, is just a 4-minute drive away (1,7-kilometer distance). Just 7,5 km away is the small Mediterranean town of Omis, in addition to stunning beaches with sand and pebbles, Omiš offers additional entertainment options and activities. You can explore the UNESCO-protected Diocletian palace and the well-known town of Split, which has a lot to offer. The journey there takes about forty minutes, but it is well worth it. You could also go to the well-known seaside summer resorts of Makarska or Baška Voda.

* The OUTDOORS offers a private and heated 12m x 4,5m swimming pool with Salt electrolysis water treatment without chlorine, additionally there is attached whirlpool with the same water (same temperature as the pool), and a shallow part for your youngest or just for chilling. From every point is offered a panoramic sea view and you are surrounded by nature. There is a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, 2 sun umbrellas, a sitting corner, a covered lounge corner with a separate toilet and there is an outdoor shower. The pool is located on the lower position from the ground floor and the outdoor dining area.
Covered dining area is located at the ground floor and offers a spacious wooden table with 10 chairs, a traditional barbecue (woods/charcoal) and a kitchen island with stools overlooking the pool, the natural surroundings, island Brac and the sea. There is also a spacious lounge corner, as a perfect spot for a glass of wine or a morning coffee.
* The GROUND floor is fully air conditioned and offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. A microwave oven, a toaster, filter coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, a kettle and more. A dining table and a direct approach to the outdoor dining area. A very comfortable living room with sofas,a reading/working corning, a flat screen TV, and doors toward the outdoors. On the south-west side of the ground floor is a Bedroom NO1 (16sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, Air-condition, and a make-up table. There is a separate toilet next to the living area. The laundry area is located downstairs together with the washing machine and the ironing amenities.
*The FIRST floor has two staircases to approach the other 4 bedrooms. One staircase located closer to the kitchen leads upstairs to the master bedroom on the south-east side. Bedroom NO2 is a Master bedroom (24sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a make-up table and sea views.
Another staircase leads from the living area upstairs to 3 bedrooms on the south-west side of the house and leads to the remaining 3 bedrooms. Bedroom NO3 (14sqm) with two single beds 90cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, a makeup table and sea views. Bedroom NO4 (13sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air condition, a makeup table and sea views. Bedroom NO5 (16sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, a makeup table and sea views.
The car is highly recommended, and there are 5 outdoor parking places in front of the house, secured for you.
The owner can help you arrange a boat trip to the island of Brač. You can try the thrilling zip-line over the Cetina Canyon or the mildly choppy river rafting, and this is recommended. Alternatively, you can take a stroll through the historic section of Lokva Rogoznica, high atop a mountain, and take in the breathtaking scenery as you go. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the region to spice up your vacation. For example, Makarska and Biokovo with Sky Walk, town Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice Lakes are within a drive of 1-3 hours, making them ideal for a day trip while staying in our villa.
