Villa Ana

Great place!

We were looking for an accommodation that was quiet and private, where we could relax, but the kids wouldn't get bored either. The pool was great! We spent almost the whole day splashing around in the water, but there were also many other options to play, such as a playground, ping pong or darts. The terrace was very nice, shaded all day thanks to the plants above it. The apartment was very well equipped, the kitchen had everything you could need for baking and cooking. The house is in a small village, but there is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, where you can buy almost everything. Omis is the nearest town, about 20 minutes by car, but we also went to Split, which is 1 hour away. In short, I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. :)

Unternehmungen war die Villa gut gelegen. Es ist auch sehr schön im Garten mit Pool zu verweilen auch für die Kinder. Die Besitzer waren bei Ankunft und Abreise persönlich vor Ort und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Frische Blumen, Getränke und Früchte waren auf dem Tisch vorbereitet. Die Zimmer gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, extra Badetücher für den Pool. Das Haus innen und aussen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana sehr genossen! Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und waren häufig da, um den Pool zu reinigen. Auch Anfragen wurden über WhatsApp sehr schnell beantwortet. Die ruhige Lage im Hinterland war schön, hat aber zu langen Anfahrten ans Meer geführt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Amazing Villa! Really beautiful place to stay, we enjoyed our stay so much, we didn’t want to leave! The pool is super clean and the garden is beautiful so well kept and you’re surrounded by mountains it’s just perfect! We cannot recommend this place enough it’s amazing 🤩 The villa its self has everything you need great cooking facilities and an amazing outdoor bbq! I would recommend a car to get around, it’s about 15-20mins away from Omiš, we visited some amazing beaches! Great contact with Arijana and her family who were always on hand if we needed any help or information. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We hope to come back soon! ☺️

Unser Aufenthalt bei Arijana und ihren Eltern war einfach fantastisch! Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt, inklusive unseres Hundes. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und der Garten mit dem Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die ruhige Lage auf dem Berg ermöglichte uns eine entspannte Zeit inmitten der Natur, und dennoch waren wir in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto in Omiš oder Split. Der Kontakt zu Arijana und ihren Eltern war immer schnell, hilfreich und sehr nett. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüße, Victoria

Villa Ana is a great place to relax. Located in the hills, it gives you the perfect opportunity to have some quiet time. We really enjoyed or stay there. The house has a lot of space with lots of daylight, was very clean and the pool outside gave us a great alternative to the sea nearby, when we did not want to drive that day. The hosts were very friendly and took care of all our needs immediately and we felt like home. Our dog was very welcome and felt very good as well. Hello, we would like to leave a review for this wonderful holiday home. We were there in September for 14 days with 6 adults and 2 dogs. The owners of the house are wonderful and always try to do everything so that we have a wonderful holiday. The daughter is available at any time to answer any further questions via WhatsApp. The house is very modern and well maintained, everything looks like it does in the photos and it has been furnished with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have spent more time there. There is a bar and a supermarket within walking distance. It's a 20-minute drive to Omis and there are many delicious restaurants on the way there. the house is in the perfect location! It is quiet but you can get anywhere quickly by car. The landlords provided us with delicious cakes and drinks. It was our first holiday abroad as a family and we didn't regret it. We can recommend this house with all our hearts. the landlords are really friendly and helpful

An excellent villa in a beautiful location. Very friendly welcome

We had a very nice time in this beautiful house.

Villa Ana was a perfect accomodation for us. Er were here the second time (First time was in 2015 without a child). This time we were 4 adults and one child (23 Months old). The pool and house were very nice. We loved the outdoor grill and the nice and shady terace. The only thing that was not perfectly great, was the lawn and the playground. The lawn was very overgrown by weeds and thus impaired. The playground consisted only by several swings, whereby these were already older and partly somewhat dilapidated. Apart from these - in our opinion - very minor flaws, everything was perfect. Especially the hosts were very nice and friendly, the communication with their sympathetic daughter also went smoothly. In addition, the location of the house was good. Relatively quiet with a supermarket nearby, but still so that you can quickly get to the river, Adriatic sea and the cities of Omis, Split and Makarska. Clear recommendation.

Wir waren hier für ca. 2 Wochen und es war sehr, sehr schön! Wir waren schon überall auf der Welt und können mit ruhigem Gewissen sagen: Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Es mangelt hier einem an nichts! Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Umgebung, die Unterkunft, die Gastgeber, einfach perfekt.

We stayed here with 2 small children and had a great holiday. The daughter of the owner communicates quickly and friendly via Whatsapp. We were welcomed by the owners and they already had some tasty snacks ready. Everything was well explained and everything was very clean! The villa was great and has a nice pool. The owners are very sweet and helpful. In short, it is highly recommended to book villa Ana for a pleasant and carefree holiday!

Schöne ruhige Lage!! Umgeben von Bergen mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten, einem lokalen Supermarkt, Sportplatz, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Vor allem für Familienurlaube sehr empfehlenswert!

Check-in and check-out was easy. The parents of our host came to the place for that. They were lovely people and even got us some baked goods during our stay. The House was very clean and equipped with everything you could ask for. About 200 m from the house you can find a little corner shop with a bakery, which was very nice for getting bread for breakfast every morning. For getting groceries or eating out you have to go to Omiş, which is a 20 min car drive away from Kučiće. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a private and pleasant accommodation.

Villa Ana is beautiful and is very nicely situated in the Mountains with a great view from the Backyard and a lot of nature and Oliveplantages around it. Still the next supermarket and a nice coffeeplace are in very close walking distance. Arijanas parents are the best. The whole Villa was very well prepared for our stay. Arijanas Mom even gave us homemade applepie. The huge grill, where U could make your Cevapcici on a woodfire was already prepared with a stack of wood. We only hat to light it. We and our Dog enjoyed the garden. There is a fence towards the road, the other sides are with bushes. IT was perfect for us, because it is very big and our Dog doesn't wander off far without us. There were several big grape-vines around the House and we were offered to eat as many grapes as WE liked to. They were very delicious. We could have stayed here forever 😃.

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub in der Villa Ana. Das Haus und der Pool waren toll. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. Schön ruhig und wenn man Trubel will, fährt man nach Omis. Rundum alles perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus der Pfalz

Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast in der Villa Ana. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt von Boris und Ana. Zur Ankunft wurden uns kühle Getränke, Brot, Käse, Schinken und Salami hingestellt (einfach perfekt, wenn man gerade angekommen ist und noch nicht zum Einkaufen gekommen ist). Auch der Kontakt zu Ihrer Tochter Arijana bei Fragen rund um das Haus und die An-/Abreise war super nett. Das Haus mit Garten, Grill, Tischtennisplatte, Darts und vielem mehr ist einfach wunderschön,gepflegt und sauber. Jeden zweiten Tag waren Boris und Ana frühmorgens im Garten und am Pool unterwegs und haben alles sauber gemacht und gepflegt. Die Lage ist wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben idyllisch, grün und 15 Autominuten von Omis entfernt. Rundherum ist fast kein Nachbar zu sehen (nur diagonal über die Straße, der kaum das Grundstück einsehen kann) und kann die Terasse und den Pool ungestört genießen. Die Kommunikation und die Bezahlung mit Feriehome war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und problemlos. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Villa Ana sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern und die Abwicklung sowohl mit Feriehome als auch unseren Gastgebern verlief freundlich, professionell und reibungslos. Weil wir früh in der Saison waren, konnten wir sogar ein paar Tage verlängern. Villa Ana ist abgelegen genug, um am Pool (und unter der Pergola!) entspannen zu können. Mit dem Cetina River (z.B. Rafting), Strand, Omiš (Kleinstadt) und Split („Großstadt“ und Kultur) gibt es darüber hinaus genug Ausflugsziele für mehrere Tage. Praktisch ist auch der Dorfsupermarkt um die Ecke. Boris, Ana und Ariana waren tolle Gastgeber und haben uns stets das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Da Haus ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist groß mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Berge. Es wachsen unter anderem Oliven und Weintrauben dort, letztere vergrößern den schattenspendenden Bereich auf der Terrasse. Nun zu den Vermietern Ana und Boris sind herzensgute Menschen, sie haben uns einen tollen Aufenthalt bereitet. Immer wieder gab es mal selbstgemachten Wein oder selbstgebackenen Strudel. Auch bei der Anreise standen diverse Getränke bereit. Wir konnten uns sehr gut per Google Translator oder mit etwas Deutsch und Englisch verständigen. Auch die Tochter und der Sohn haben jederzeit via WhatsApp zur Verfügung gestanden und Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank an die gesamte Familie, ihr seid tolle Gastgeber. Wir werden die Zeit in Kucice nie vergessen.
