Villa Ora is located on the island of Šolta in Grohote, the oldest and largest village of the island, only 1.5 km from Banje beach, 1.1 km from the port of Rogač, and only 40 minutes by ferry from Split (very good ferry or catamaran connection Split-Rogač). It's worth going on day trips or some sort of exploratory adventure. Some popular places on the island include the village of Grohote, Stomorska, and Maslinica, so check them out, it's all less than a 15-minute drive through this pristine island. Wherever you go, you can find beautiful secluded coves that are full of hidden beaches and are great for swimming, diving, swimming, and fishing in this absolutely crystal clear sea.

* The OUTDOOR offers a private and heated swimming pool 9m x 4m, a sun place with 8 sunbeds, 3 umbrellas, an outdoor dining area with a traditional grill (wood/charcoal), a Hot-Tub (a Whirlpool) with a covered lounge corner next to it. The garden is filled with some typical Mediterranean herbs, and some aromatic herbs along with a grill that you can use for your Croatian culinary experience.
* Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
*The GROUND floor offers a stylish living and dining area with a direct approach to the outdoors (outdoor dining area and the pool). The kitchen is fully airconditioned and equipped with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (Microwave oven, a Lavazza capsule coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle...), a kitchen island with 3 chairs, a dining table for 8, a step lower is a living room with two sofas, a TV, PlayStation 5, A/C, and free WiFi. There is also a separate toilet, a laundry with a washing machine, and a steam iron.
Bedroom NO1 (14 sqm) is located on the ground floor with a double bed 140cm x 200cm, a TV, air-conditioning, and a shower. It is connected to the outdoors with glass doors toward the jacuzzi and lounge area on the west side of the house.

The very center of Grohote boasts narrow, irregular alleys that close the residential buildings into partially separated units with atriums and taverns, and give away the old rustic Mediterranean charm that no one who walks through its stone alleys can resist. These old and invaluable architectural gems contribute to the authenticity of the island setting, and this is why all reconstruction works are planned in a way to preserve its traditional architectural values.
