Hacienda Sylvia is a very comfortable villa of 236 sqm living space situated on a 1.000 sqm private plot overlooking the valley of Studenci village. This unique holiday home offers peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This unique villa is organized into two units, and both are offered exclusively for you. It is packed with charm and character throughout, with a stunning 100-year-old stone house with exposed beams, all recently renovated, together with the modern interior of the main house, making this accommodation an exceptional and unique holiday home.
The old stone house in front of the parking lot is also owned by the same owner, there is a parking lot (secured for up to 4 cars) and there is a more than 150 years old stone house, Alibeg's tower, a protected cultural property, also owned by the same owner, which is not used but makes this property more special. This is a 100-year-old stone house that is beautifully renovated to a comfortable standard. The ground floor offers a country-style kitchen area (30sqm) with a dining table for 10 people, a TV, an A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed kitchen amenities (a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and others). A separate toilet. A family bathroom (16sqm) with a shower and washing machine.
On the First floor is a Bedroom NO1 with 3 single beds 90cm x 200cm, a sofa that can convert into a sleeping sofa 140cm x 200cm, a TV, a PlayStation 5, and air-conditioning. Perfect room for your youngest members of the family.

The First floor offers a spacious and air-conditioned living area (40sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen with all needed amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster...), a dining table, a living room with a very comfortable sofa, a TV, and a balcony with pool views.

The ground floor offers a Bedroom NO4 (25sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite Bathroom (6.5sqm) with a shower, a sofa, and a TV, and a direct approach to the pool area.

The villa offers 8 mountain bikes for your use (no extra charge) with which you can feel free to explore 30-40km trails toward Imotski, enjoying this indeed unspoiled environment and beautiful nature. The car is recommended as Hacienda Sylvia is located 7 km from the nearest supermarket, 10km from the restaurants (Cista Provo), Imotski town with famous Blue and Red lake is 21km away, the beach on Cetina river (Blato na Cetini village) is 24km away, Zadvarje with famous open market on every Tuesday (23km), and the highway exit/entrance Šestanovac is 20km away and that is the easiest way to explore some famous places like town Split with Diocletian Palace (66km), Omiš with many activities on the sea and Cetina river (48km), Krka waterfalls is also very much worth visiting (120km, or 1:20h). And the neighborhood can be easily explored with the bikes that are provided for you.
