There is also a fully equipped and very modern kitchen with an island (filter coffee machine, a Lavazza coffee maker, two-door fridge with ice maker and cold water....), a stylish dining area for 8 people, a very modern fireplace, and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, you can enjoy the sea views or the calming views on the olive trees from your garden where you have direct access from the living room. Next to the kitchen is a huge glass wall toward the beautiful alfresco dining area that is ideal for enjoying the local delicacies combined with fine local wines during the magical summer evenings. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
